Price: £12.99

1.0 out of 5 stars Totally unreliable and inconsistent, 26 Mar. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Great if you want a device that randomly flashes with no rhyme or reason. If you want to find a stud, not so much.

5.0 out of 5 stars Highly Recommended, 14 Dec. 2004
Had this about two weeks now, and I'm impressed. I upgraded to this from a Zen xtra, and the operating system is very similar, except without EAX audio settings. These were removed to improve battery life, but the four bar custom equaliser remains. The battery life is very impressive, and while I haven't actually counted the exact number of hours, from what I've seen 24 hours is more than possible.
It is a shame it doesn't currently have drive letter support (e.g. when you plug it in, it comes up as another drive),but I have heard that it may be added in a firmware update in the New Year.
The player itself is a very nice build, about the same size as the ipod, if slightly thicker. The touch pad is good, but very sensitive (I turned the sensitivity down on mine). Like laptop touchpads, you get used to it fairly quickly.
Only real downsides are that the supplied headphones are really quite rubbish, and that it doesn't play ogg vorbis. However, 160Kbps WMA sounds just as good, and with 20GBs, most users won't have to worry about running out of space.
Highly recommended, and with this featuring a higher spec at a lower price, the ipod is becoming very hard to justify.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ignorant Reviewer!, 15 Sept. 2004
This review is from: Greatest Hits (Audio CD)
Ive never written a review before but i felt so enraged by the stupidity of grahams246 review i had to reply. I'm guessing that this guy has only heard 'guns dont kill people' on the radio, and assumes that this album is about blasting hip-hop. It's not, its a COMEDY album. Only 'Guns dont kill people' has any mention of hip-hop, and had it occured to you it may be poking fun at the stupidity of politicians for blaming gun violence on hip-hop culture?. As for attacking the other reviewers taste, suggesting they wouldn't know hip-hip, im guessing they brought this album for the COMEDY value of the lyrics, not because they listen to Hip-hop.
As for the album, its very funny. Its certainly not subtle or clever, but its comedic value cannot be doubted. I've been listening to this on my mp3 player for a while now, and i cant help giggling. I still hear new lyrics everytime a listen. If you want a laugh, pick this album up.
