Does what it says but takes too long., 17 Mar 2014
I have followed this routine for three weeks now and have found that it does exactly what it says. I've lost weight and inches but the whole process takes too long. The first two weeks it takes 35mins per day for 6 days then it increases to 50mins for 6 days for the next two weeks. I just don't have this time available every day. In fact I've gone back to the first video as that still makes me sweat and puff and I can feel my muscles working hard.
If you've got time then go for it but it is a bit repetitive so can be hard to keep the enthusiasm up.
