This book is extremely good. It covers everything you need to know pretty much. Mike explains all about food, nutrients, carbs, fats and proteins. He debunks a lot of myths out there with easy to understand logic. He helps you to understand the science and logic around losing fat and getting shredded as well as getting bigger. A lot of other books out there I have read and looking back on them they weren't good, the reason why is they were written by bodybuilders on steroids. If you do steroids you can train that way and get results. If you are a normal guy you will never get results training their way. I highly recommend this book to any of my fellow man out there who struggle gaining strength, losing fat, who do not understand the basics, and need help.
