After the Party
After the Party

1.0 out of 5 stars south african democracy, the people decide not experts, 6 Jun 2010
This review is from: After the Party (Paperback)
Andrew did you see the results of the 2009 south african elections ? hey but who cares about the fact that the present south african leader got more support than even nelson mandela did in 1994. Andrew Feinstein should go back to South Africa and join the DA but then he wouldn't get many votes. Its a problem for critics of the democratically elected south african government,if journalists, commentators, "experts" on south africa were the only people allowed to vote then the ANC wouldn't get a vote but unfortunately for them democracy means EVERYONE gets to vote.

Self Hypnosis
Self Hypnosis

5.0 out of 5 stars best way to learn self hypnosis, 21 Mar 2010
This review is from: Self Hypnosis (Audio Cassette)
Very rare audio cassette tape from 1979. W J Ousby is a very famous author of hypnosis and self hypnosis books. Here he goes one step further on this cassette which is 27 minutes long. After a brief introduction on what hypnosis and self hypnosis is all about ,he takes you through a self hypnosis session, putting you in a very relaxed state and showing you the techniques so you can put yourself into a self hypnotic state when you want and easily come out of it. The self hypnotic state can be used for simply deep relaxation, both physical and mental or to help you break bad habits like smoking or eating too much etc.

The 27 minute session is on both sides of the tape so you don't have that frustrating chore of having to rewind the tape after every session.
