5.0 out of 5 stars The bees knees !!, 9 Jan 2011
If there was ever a movie to be put on blu ray this is it, it looks simply amazing and the special effects and landscape shots are just brilliant in blu ray. Yes the story is far fetched and corny but i just love the movie for its effects and start of the ice age theme.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very informative although a little American, 9 Jan 2011
This books gives you some great tips on how to self publish your own book. However its focus is mainly on how to self publish non fiction and is mostly full of American info.

Still i think it is worth buying if your thinking of self publishing. It is the sort of book/index you can dip in and out of when you need a reference and has got some worthwhile information.

3.0 out of 5 stars For Morbidly obese, 9 Jan 2011
If you are morbidly obese - 4,5,6 stone + overweight and have emotional problems which are connected to food which most people this big do, then i would say this will benefit you.

However if you need to lose a stone or 2 then i would say it's not much use, it all simply comes down to move more, eat less at that stage. I think the title "I can make you thin" is misleading, it should say "I can stop you gorging on food when you are emotionally stressed" !!

I have read some of Paul McKenna's other books which have some great life tips but i think some of the information is repeating itself here in a different format.
