4.0 out of 5 stars Great read, not such a great ending, 5 Oct. 2013

This book is an amazing read with just a slightly disappointing ending. Also, Roger really should proofread his work. He says that a certain character (won't say who) is listening to the radio but that same character died a few chapters earlier! The ending seemed a little rushed but the rest of the book is just fantastic, especially for a first novel. Well worth the read.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst album ever!, 28 Sept. 2013
This review is from: A Thousand Suns (Audio CD)
This is what happens when you try and cram 15 songs into 47 minutes.

Most of the tracks are just fillers and last anywhere from 10-60 seconds. They have no lyrics and are just random noises generated by computers. It honestly sounds like they bought a new music software, started to mess around with it, managed to conjure a random assortment of sounds and decided to add them to the album. Not good!

The actual songs have the opposite problem; they last way too long! They feature very monotone singing and repetitive lyrics. They're so badly written it's actually laughable for a band like Linkin Park.

Before anyone tells me to "give the album another chance", let me just clarify that I've owned this album for a while now and have listened to it way more than 10 times. I hate it more every time I hear it. If you're looking to buy some Linkin Park albums, choose one of their first three. They're not as painful to listen to as this nonsense.

5.0 out of 5 stars Such a good album, 12 Sept. 2013
Another reviewer warned about buying this from amazon, I completely agree. Pre ordered this months ago and was sent the wrong album. However, amazon later sent the right copy and I was over the moon.

This album is full of great songs, all probably available on YouTube but they have a much better recording quality on this album, plus they're all in one place. Most of these I haven't heard before and I'm a huge rise fan. Even if you're a diehard fan or just a casual listener, this album is a must.

If you're going to only buy one Anti-Flag album, make it this one. With tracks like "I'd Tell You But...", "This Is The End (For You My Friend)" and "The W.T.O. Kills Farmers", you'd seriously miss out if you didn't get it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great book, whens the next one?, 26 Jun. 2013

This book is great for any fan of the Fable games. The only thing that disappointed me was that the ending didn't really feel complete, but that's because it's setting itself up for a sequel. I only wish they'd hurry up with it!

Great book, must buy.
