Having used something similar for a number of years "Sound and Relax" from Kleeneze I had to replace it when it gave up on me,although this product does almost the same thing. If you are planning to buy one make sure you also buy a mains lead.In the few weeks I have used this product 30 minutes each night I have had to change the batteries 3 times which makes it quite expensive to run as you need 4 AA batteries.I have purchased a mains lead but I think it should be made clear with the product that the battery life is almost none existant

Whilst this kettle is quite large and heavy when full,I would recommend it to anyone,it does all it's supposed to do all you have to do is just put in the amount of water you need and switch on,saves on electricity so is economical to use

5.0 out of 5 stars Dyson Hot, 11 Mar 2012
I purchased this product because of the Dyson Brand Name,it was sent all the way to Rhodes for me and yes it is quite pricey but for me worth every penny it has taken the place of two fan heaters in my dining room and heats up the room much faster. It's much smaller than I expected it to be so it sits in the corner of the room very unobtrusive. The thermostat works better than any other heater that I have used in the past, there is a little background noise with it but you soon learn to ignore it.For me it is so good that I intend to purchase another for my sitting room ready for next winter,so far I don't know what it costs to run but it cannot be anymore expensive than using two heaters that did not do the job that this does and so efficiently. If you don't mind the cost I would recommend this heater to anyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Maybe The Best Christmas Book Ever, 27 Nov 2009
When this book arrived I thought just a makeover of the first Christmas book but very much not.The new additions to this book are just simply superb, page 164 the Tomato Tart with Swiss Cheese and Rosemary which I made using Delia's quick flaky pastry is a recipe to die for,I did this for a vegetarian friend when we had a dinner party and she raved about it,it's been added to her own recipe collection, and the Luxuriant Vegetable Pie on page 169 is a must for anyone, I have to say though that my favourite new recipe in this book has got to be the Luxury Seafood Pie with Parmesan Crust page 155,because I have retired to the island of Rhodes I find some of the ingredients hard to obtain but you can substitute very easily.Today has been my make Delia's mincmeat day maybe the best mincmeat recipe ever it never fails and all our ex-pats have a jar.I do have to substitute ingredients fairly often but the recies still always turn out. This is a book you must have in your collection, like all Delias books it offers great ideas and great alternatives even for someone who who doesn't cook brilliantly the recipes are easy to follow.Ask for this as a Christmas gift you won't be disappointed yes Delia seems to have been around a long time but her books are timeless and well worth the investment I have 100's of other cook books my husband says far too many but I always come back to Delia.
