A must buy, 2 July 2010
Can't fault it. Everything I've cooked so far has come out superb. This book is great for the keen home cook that wants to expand their culinary knowledge and expertise. There are lots of little tips, for example: storing eggs pointy side down will keep them fresher for longer and that oil and salt do not mix - a fault, since reading this book, I have observed many TV chefs doing.
It's a nice book to peruse for inspiration or even without any intention of cooking. Each time I pick up the book I notice exciting recipes I hadn't noticed before.
A true gem - you will not be disappointed.
