Can't seem to get it to work as an external hard drive, which was the main function I wanted it for - a wireless external hard drive.

5.0 out of 5 stars loved it, 24 Dec. 2014
Yet another, wonderfully paced and gripping book Mr Iggulden has produced.

I've read all of his historical fiction and am ever so fond of it all. These series on The War Of The Roses, as it stands is perhaps my favourite though.

A frankly brilliant read and any historical inaccuracies are, as ever, cleared up at the end.

Only question....how long until the next?

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Read, 26 Mar. 2008
I'm not quite finished it yet. I usually read alot of gemmell and feist along with loads of other fantasy/war books.
I love this book, can't wait to finish it and start the sequel. Just feels so real and it's wonderfully written. Good short chapters add to the pace of the book and the characters are so well constructed that they are instantly believable. It sucks you in, read it for 5 hours solid without noticing, had to take a break!!!
Honestly though, if you're looking for great, action packed read this is as good as anything out there at the moment!

4.0 out of 5 stars Some very creative ideas, some same ole......, 15 Sept. 2006
This is a nicely presented cookbook. It has some lovely ideas and some ideas that frankly, we've seen before. Other cookbooks do simaler dishes better. however having said that this book represents excellent value. Most cookbooks presenting this type of up market fine dining can be much more expensive. So if you're a young chef who aspires to fine dining and want some ideas then this is the book for you. Older hands, maybe shhot for the french laundry etc etc but if you're a collector like myself then this is still a good buy. Like i say, some really nice ideas and it is very well presented.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant solo debut, 15 July 2006
This review is from: The Eraser (Audio CD)
I love radiohead. They are without doubt my favourite band.

I'm a radiohead fan from pablo honey through to Hail to the thief. This isn't the next step in that sequence. It's kind of like a new root in the family tree. And it's great.

Sounding simaler to Kid A but at the same time not, this album starts well and progresses in a very natural manner.

I'm glad He's done a solo album. I'm glad he's staying in the mighty head.

If you like Latterday radiohead. That is to say post OK Computer, you'll love this album. Quality through and through.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great read. Old ideas., 6 Jan. 2003
This review is from: White Heat (Paperback)
This is one of my favourite books. NOT one of my favourite cookbooks.
It is a brilliant read. Funny, different(even today a decade on), and the brilliant photography just works so well. However, if you're looking for a cookbook to conjur up some recipes for that dinner party this week, this aint the book for you. The recipes(i found) are somewhat unreliable and while absolutley genuinely beautiful food just NOT user friendly these days. Great read though buy it anyway!!!
