5.0 out of 5 stars A superbly useful book!, 16 Nov. 2007
I purchased this book while studying an e-commerce module on my degree course, and found it to be excellent. All the important topics are covered: e-Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, legal guidelines etc. Unlike some academic books on e-business, the advice given is very practical, and makes for an easy read. In fact, the book is written for those who wish to implement a website for their own business, but will suit business managers and students alike.
If you want a good, practical introduction to e-business, buy this book!

5.0 out of 5 stars A must for any discerning CCNA 1 student!, 10 Nov. 2007
Note: This book is not written for the new CCNA Exploration course. Instead, it follows Semester 1 of the original CCNA curriculum.

Overall, I am very impressed with this book; it provides far more information and examples than the online curriculum, and helps to improve the reader's understanding. In addition, a large number of clear diagrams are used to supplement the written explanations. A word of warning: I have found that some topics that are covered in the online curriculum are omitted from the book. The result is that, occasionally, the module tests ask questions which you will not be able to answer from reading the book alone! Other than this small criticism, I would definitely recommend the purchase of this book - it will improve your marks.

This book is used when studying semester two of the CCNA course. Overall, I am very impressed with this book; it provides far more information and examples than the online curriculum, and helps to improve the reader's understanding. In addition, a large number of clear diagrams are used to supplement the written explanations. 5.0 out of 5 stars A must-have book!, 6 July 2007
Dave Chaffey's E-Business and E-Commerce Management is a superb text. All the important topic areas are covered in detail, the book is filled with up-to-date case studies, and, perhaps most importantly, is easy-to-read.

The author successfully captivates the reader's attention as they are taken on an information-rich journey, starting with the basics of E-Commerce through to the strategic management of key E-Business functions. The book is ideal for business or IT students who are required to study E-Business as part of their course. Indeed, I purchased the book during my IT degree course and found it indispensable.

5.0 out of 5 stars This book will improve your writing!, 17 Jun. 2007
Whilst aimed at students, this book will prove indispensable to anyone who wishes to improve their writing. All the standard topics are covered, such as punctuation and grammar. But, the authors also provide excellent advice on matters such as writing clearly, essay structure and common errors.

Most books of this type are dull and boring to read. 'Write it Right' is a cut above the rest; the authors have created a superbly useful book that will fuel the reader's desire to enhance their writing.
