Final part in the trilogy with a rather average predictable end to the book so don't expect to much and you won't be disappointed.

I suppose after you have read the first and now the second book in the trilogy you might as well read the last but other than that I would not have bothered

I read the book after I had it recommended to me and to be honest I could have missed it out and my life would have not been any worse for doing so. Did not like the style of writing or particularly the characters or the story. I will probably not return to read anymore by this author

A brief novel which appears to be the first in a series of three. Just enough to keep you interested.

Not the most inspiring read I have come across but enough to make you want to finish the book. The ending felt rushed and I'm sure the writer could have given this a little more thought. It felt like they just wanted it finished

Just what you need be it for the amateur runner or for someone who takes it a little more seriously. Can’t fault the watch picks up a signal with easy and has never let me down. I love how you can then upload your runs to Garmin connect which allows you to track your progress – just great.

5.0 out of 5 stars A thoroughly enjoyable read, 28 Jun 2014

A really excellent first novel by this author and what appeals to me most is the thoughtful way she has portrayed the effects of dementia on an individual. This is a funny, sad interesting tale that flits between the 1940’s and the present day and how they impact on each other. A thoroughly enjoyable read.

Really enjoyed this book so much so I set aside additional time to finish it off. Loved the characters especially Hanlon and her side kick sergeant. It would be nice to see how the relationship develops between these two in future books.

Great first novel covering two of the most difficult subjects to cover, mental illness and grief. I loved how the book was written and found it hard to pit down.

I got this book for my mother-in-law but decided to read it myself. Now don't like admitting it as being a bloke and this (I believe) being more of a book for the ladies , but I really enjoyed this book finding myself picking it up at every opportunity. Great characters, funny, nice easy read what more could you ask for. Give it a go I'm sure you won't be disappointed
