1.0 out of 5 stars As entertaining as a woodchip wall., 20 Aug 2012
I have read Erotic Fiction for over 20 years so i had very curious expectations. I found myself reading nothing but Literary impotence. I have never heard in fiction the words 'Oh My''My Inner Goddess not even in delightful period fiction. Even Jane Austin had standards. The Author seems to write in a way that she clearly knows that Sex Sells and clearly she got that right with this best seller. The plot was wafer thin and i see no romance whatsoever in a dominant intimidating bully who clearly manipulates Ms Steel from very early in the book. I refused to entertain book two and three. Even though i have been told you are given a bigger insight into Mr Greys background in later books my opinion remains firm. He is a Manipulator. Although almost everyone i know enjoyed it i most certainly did not. However i believe this is a book of curiosity, people will read it to see what the fuss is about.

3.0 out of 5 stars Hopeful., 6 Mar 2012
This review is from: Wrong Number (Kindle Edition)
I really wanted to be gripped by this book after reading the synopsis. However i was disappointed the plot and characters were unbelievable. Brad as if by fate finds a napkin with the name brad and a number signed Julie. Horny Brad thinks all his birthdays have come at once and calls it and it pretending to be the Brad the napkin was actually meant for and from that point turns into a low budget bunny boiler scenario. Julie from the start was crazy and possessive alarm bells should have rung but weather it was stupidity or sympathy Brad goes back for more and then the story really begins. I did read to the end and i liked it but did not love it i would only recommend it to someone to see if it is just my opinion that the story was just not all it could have been.

4.0 out of 5 stars Love to hate., 25 Feb 2012
An impressive book with detail not for the easily offended. This book is tense and although not a nail biting thriller more of a stomach churner with a twist. I have to admit i despised the character of Deb from the moment she was introduced i found her manipulating and bossy i felt like she needed to control Mike. It is hard to write a review without spoilers so all i can say is for £1.99 every Kindle should have it.
