A very interesting insight into selling philosophy and techniques.

A good, useful and entertaining read for everyone buying or selling something.

The only criticism is that the author gives too many examples of sales analysis and
modus operandi, which get a little tedious in the end. After a while, they not only keep
stating the obvious, but are also too clearly quoted to fit his argument.

The more successful passages were when he cited the experience of real people
doing a challenging sales job, such as Fuller Brush salesman Norman Hall.
