Somewhat disappointing, 6 Feb. 2002
This book has some excellent chapters on ADHD and its causes. However, when I got to the diet part of the book, I realised that the diet consisted of a very complex regieme and a total of seven supplements! "Drug free"? - I think not. Some of these over the counter "supplements" can be more harmful than prescribed medications. Although it starts off promising, this book is ultimately impractical and disappointing.
