I have recently gone through a break-up with a man I would say I was a little obsessed with. I felt a huge compulsion to text and call him, which was only enhanced by his lack of interest in return. This book puts things in perspective. It takes away the rose tinted specs and makes you see the situation for what it is so you can judge what the next step should be without idealising someone who quite clearly isn't even worth your acknowledgement. The author knows what she's talking about and is upfront and honest in her approach. It'll give you the kick up the bum you require to move on, when you're stuck in a rut and not getting anywhere with a guy. It takes the emphasis away from him and back on to you and your life. A must have if you find yourself unable to distance yourself from someone who isn't right for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Glossy hair perfected!, 11 May 2014

Admittedly, I'm not brunette (I have auburn hair) but this product works terrifically on me. I apply it to my hair while it's still wet and after I've dried and straightened it, it looks healthy and glossy. I have had a lot of compliments on how sleek and healthy my hair is recently and I know it's because of this product. I imagine it'll work even better for those who have darker hair. A great buy!

I love these paleo bars. They contain very few ingredients and are extremely healthy and natural, yet sweet and delicious. For anyone following the paleo diet or just trying to eat cleaner, these are a must have, as are the other bars in the range. Guilt-free deliciousness!

It is rare that I find a book so compulsive. I've found myself retreating to bed an hour early each night because I enjoy reading this so much. So it's not going to feature on any university book lists, but it's a fun, light-hearted and enjoyable read with some very funny parts. The main character is extremely likeable and relatable and for a debut novel, I think it's perfect. Well worth a read if you enjoy witty romantic fiction. The ultimate escapism!

5.0 out of 5 stars A life saver, 12 April 2014

If you are going through a break-up, I feel for you. I am currently going through one myself and the anxiety, uncertainty and heartache I have experienced in the last week is excruciating. I can atest to the fact that you lose a little bit of your sanity when you break up with someone, but this book has definitely given me that back. It is extremely simplistic, but its message is so important if you want to maintain your dignity and do what is best for you in the long term. It takes your emphasis away from the guy and places it on you: the person you really need to focus on now. It's not a book about getting the guy back (though it would certainly be helpful if you wanted to go down that path, or decide whether that is in fact the right thing to do), but it's about how to cope, how to stop being needy and lowering yourself, how to walk away with your head held high and let nature take its course. Not bad at all for a fiver. I dip into it whenever I'm feeling weak or what to get in contact with my ex (who I have realised doesn't deserve me anyway!) Best of luck to you xxx

5.0 out of 5 stars The sound of freedom!, 11 Feb 2014

I have just received this album and it has made me happy! Every song is a potential hit, the lead singer has a beautiful voice and it just reminds me of good times with friends, freedom, driving on a summer's day and loving life. It's the perfect antedote to rubbish winter weather, a wonderful album and some great lyrics.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing album, fantastic lyrics, a must buy!, 4 Feb 2014

I wasn't sure what to expect from this album, but I certainly didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I do. I liked 'New York' and thought the album would be much the same, but I have to say that New York is actually one of the weaker tracks. There is so much to love about the album: Angel's authenticity, the lyrics which are centred around self-reliance as opposed to the typical love and heartbreak, the mix of rap, RnB, pop...there's such a variety that I can't imagine many people would turn their noses up at it. Angel Haze is certainly underrated as an artist, and this album perfectly showcases her amazing talent. I love it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely beautiful..., 18 Nov 2013

Sometimes you just feel compelled to write a review for something. This is one of those times. Every page of this lovely little book has a beautiful quote that I almost feel is written just for me. At first I thought the book wasn't particularly impressive or substantial but reading it has lifted my spirits and made me feel warm inside. If you are prone to self-doubt or insecurities, this book is invaluable.

I was surprised and delighted to try these. They actually taste like real chocolate brownies but without the sugar and numerous other unhealthy ingredients. They have crunchy nuts and satisfy a sweet tooth, absolutely delicious!

5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious raw chocolate, 7 Sep 2013

These are a great substitute for sugar-laden shop bought confectionary. They taste very milky and creamy, with a caramel tinge. If you are used to eating synthetic ingredients, they may take a bit of getting used to but for someone like myself who avoids refined sugar, they are a God send!
