Absolutely love these chocolate drops! Packet is just the right size to give you a treat without feeling guilty. I love dark chocolate anyway, but these are amongst the best I have found, leaving no bitter aftertaste. They tend to be difficult to find in the high street, so very happy to find them here. Would recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Keeps you motivated, 8 Oct. 2013
The Fitbook by Fitlosophy is an excellent tool for keeping you on track with your fitness goals. If you are committed to making positive changes, the Fitbook will keep you motivated. Simply the act of writing things down on a regular basis is encouragement enough to make healthy choices - this little book makes this easy for you.

It takes you through 12 weeks of planning, encourages you to set your weekly goals, track your progress and then summarise the positives and negatives at the end of the week, which then prepares you for your next week's plan. I find the weekly wrap up most useful as it allows you reflect on what went well, what did not, and then get you motivated for the next week.

Positives: An excellent fitness journal which is able to keep you motivated over a reasonable time frame, and helps you reach your goals.
Negatives: Quite expensive, but worth it in my opinion

4.0 out of 5 stars A great workout for Tracy Anderson fans, 16 Mar. 2012
Love her or loathe her, Tracy Anderson has built up quite a following here in the UK. Her perfect design series is a welcome addition to the collection of any Tracy fan as they add to the bank of moves to keep your muscles guessing - a key element of her system.

In this series Tracy has decided to focus on the moves and has added a voice over which can be turned off if you so choose although it is very easy to miss her cues.
Each of the three discs comprises a 50 minute workout, with the second and third utilising a chair in all manner of positions! Each workout is progressively harder so you are advised to perfect one before you move onto the next.
I love these workouts and feel they really work your lower half, with lots of whole body combinations. I would recommend them to any current Tracy Anderson fans. To those of you not familiar with her way of working, I would suggest starting with her other DVD's such as Mat workout or Post Pregnancy workout as they will teach you the moves, the Perfect Design series assumes familiarity with them.

On the down side, Tracy's counting on either side can be a bit unbalanced and on some of the moves she fails to cue you in, which can be a problem when you have your forehead on the floor and cannot see the TV!
On a positive note, if you have the dedication and combine the workouts with a sensible diet and a cardio element you will see results!

5.0 out of 5 stars Tough but enjoyable!, 13 Mar. 2012

Tracy Anderson has her fans and critics alike. She has a specific style which you either take to or don't.
Personally I fall under the first category. Workout DVD's for me need to be enjoyable and get results and this workout ticks both those boxes. She does keep talking to a minimum which can cause problems when first doing the DVD as you need to watch carefully for her cues. However, if you do the workout the prescribed 4-6 times per week, this ceases to be a problem! I personally like this style as I get into the zone and focus on what I'm doing.

You will see results if you commit and work hard, but this is no quick fix. It obviously needs to be combined with a sensible diet and a cardio element, whether this is Tracy's dance cardio or something else I don't think matters although Tracy does state that her dance cardio is the best to create the body she is trying to design.
The workout itself is about 45 minutes long and comprises a warm up, approximately 25 minutes of abs which is tough! She follows this by some leg work and a short arms section. It focusses on high repetition and for some sections uses small 3lb weights.
Although it is aimed as post pregnancy women, it is a good workout for anyone wanting to tighten up their abdominal area. As with all other Tracy Anderson mat workouts, an added bonus is that while you are busy working your legs and abs, you get the most shapely bottom!

Positives: Enjoyable and gets results.
Negatives: She does not keep count well and so does not work both sides evenly - I work round this by alternating which side I start on each time I do the workout.
