A good book for anyone who wants to be more able to cope with lifes ups and downs. It is set out well in three sections exploring what resilience actually is, how people get to be resilient and encouraging you to think about yourself and how you can increase your own resilience. There are useful strategies and techniques and a good explanation of how optimism, self-esteem and self-efficacy are important to resilience. Includes a good section about copimg with stress and anxiety. It is also set out in a way that keeps it interesting and easy to read. The book has inspired me to increase my own resilience and given me the information i need to do it.
