5.0 out of 5 stars and it's a speakerphone too!, 17 Aug 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Bought this little beauty as a lightning deal and so glad i did. As previous reviewers said music comes through rich and clear. It's worth noting that when paired with a phone all sounds come through the speakers, text alerts, etc. I've also used it as a speakerphone - which from my end was great. No idea how it came out for the people on the other end of the call but so far so good.
Very pleased with this purchase - recommended

5.0 out of 5 stars Authentic S4 Sview cover from High-Grade Bargains, 15 Aug 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I took the plunge and ordered a black S-view from High-Grade Bargains - it came through in a few days in what appears (to me anyway) to be genuine Samsung packaging and fits my phone perfectly. I'm very happy with it and it does the whole go to sleep / wake up thing populating the mini window spot on. I can thoroughly recommend - particuarly as HGB are now selling it at 15.99 - bargain!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality bargain item, 28 July 2010

I bought this to plug my new Sony blu-ray player into my Samsung 40" LCD tv back in April. Perfect 1080 picture from blu rays and upscaled DVDs. Very happy with this lead and cannot fault it 3 months later.

Great price for a great product!

2.0 out of 5 stars Adequate but with some flaws, 10 Oct 2009
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Overall this product is ok and eminently reasonable for the price. However there are a few issues with it. If you don't leave it plugged in all the time on permanent charge then the battery drains to nil. Which is slightly irritating. The batteries also won't stand up to heavy use, I think you can get maybe a couple of hours constant play out of it then it will need a recharge.

I did leave them on charge for 24 hours before using them as well.

All in all though for a light wii user (like me) it's pretty good as you don't have to be constantly shelling out on AA batteries.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nothing like previous Tomahawk albums - but still good!, 18 Jun 2007
This review is from: Anonymous (Audio CD)
To start - this is nothing like the last two albums; you'd be forgiven for thinking that Mike Patton had gotten bored of so many lyrics from the Peeping Tom album and so had decided to go back to his experimental airplane noises... but no! This is a concept album from the brains of the other band members and not Mike; Duane Denison had been listening to some native american music and thought it was naff and wanted to do a darker version... the result is this album; Tomahawk's take on Native American music; alot of chanting and drums; minimal lyrics, and while this is slightly disappointing as I love the rock of the last two albums; this is a great album in it's own right - if a tad experimental. All hail Ipecac and Mike for having the cojones to release stuff like this. It's about as uncommercial as they come but for the discerning muso a great conversation piece to have in your collection.

3.0 out of 5 stars This isn't a comic!!, 24 Aug 2006
About half way through the book but felt I had to put a review in here as the previous one makes you think this is a graphic novel - nope, text all the way - this is a novel! The novel bridges the gap between Ultimates vol 1 and 2; and is pretty cool. You can tell that Tony Stark is the author's favourite character, but he does a good job with all of them. It's a fast paced story that sucks you in - it should appeal to most ages, so far the tone is similar to the comics (if not actually nicer!)

Worth a punt if you like the Mark Millar comic.
