These are great little clips for adding to your 1" Molle webbing. After over a year of being attached to a Snugpak Response Pak, this little clip is still going strong. It's light but tough, but it's pretty small. Not a problem necessarily, just bear it in mind, depending on what you're looking to hang off it.

Bought for my son's first birthday, this candle fitted the bill perfectly. Admittedly he would have been equally delighted with a lump of play dough on his cake, but the adults thought it was cute. It's a decent size, chunky and colourful.

Oh yes, and you get a wish when you blow it out! I blew it out on behalf of my son, and two minutes later a Ferrari appeared outside the front of the house with my name on the keys. Worth the price of the candle for the wish alone...

5.0 out of 5 stars Splosh for a little dosh, 26 Feb 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Bought for my (then) 14 month old son, this all-in-one has proved invaluable.

Several other reviewers have referred to this as a snow suit. While it's certainly insulated, in my personal opinion I think it's a bit too thin to use in the snow.

What it is great for however is wet weather conditions. For a wee boy who thinks sitting in a puddle is great fun, this has proved invaluable!

This review is from: The Magic Flute (Paperback)
Make no mistake; this is a classic of Scottish/British contemporary literature. The story focuses on the intertwined lives of 4 men from their childhood in Glasgow in the early 1960s on through to very different adulthoods. It's touching without being schmaltzy, gritty without overdoing the Glasgow hard-man stuff...The prose itself is lightly written, allowing the reader to focus on the narrative. It's thought-provoking, engaging and charming.

A real treasure of a book - read it. You'll love it.

Since he was old enough to crawl, my son has had an unnerving interest in electrical sockets. So in addition to explaining to him the dangers and removing him from their proximity, I bought one of these to cover a socket in his room.

As previous Amazonians have mentioned, it takes all of about 5 mins to install - do remember to switch off your electricity first! The item itself has a stong catch which is robust enough to deter the most determined of children.

Use in conjunction with some education for peace of mind.

5.0 out of 5 stars Steamagic, 18 Feb 2013

This is great! Simply add some veg (this one isn't too large but is big enough for 2 or 3 adult portions), heat an inch or so of water in a pan, add the 'Veggisteam' (terrible name), and leave for the required amount of time with the lid on. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. It's dishwasher safe too, and comes in an exciting green veg colour for ease of recognition.

When not steaming, you can use it as an attractive hat (although it won't keep out the rain and may lead to public ridicule).

5.0 out of 5 stars Lock and roll, 18 Feb 2013

Although the lock appears rather insubstantial, it's a tough piece of kit. It took approximately 7 nanoseconds for me to attach it to the door handles of a cupboard (which for some unknown reason seems to attract the unwanted attentions of my 18 month old son). It comes off easily (by which I mean it's easy for an adult to remove), and is strong enough to keep small hands out of places they shouldn't be. My wee boy is fairly strong, but this has held fast. In fact, I think the cupboard handles will break before this lock goes.

It does its intended job perfectly.

3.0 out of 5 stars A call to arms, 18 Feb 2013

I've been searching for a good quality, affordable tweed jacket for some time, and this seemed to fit the bill. While the jacket itself is a really lovely colour, lightweight and a good fit across the chest, the tailoring seems to have gone a bit peculiar in the arm area....

If you can scratch your knees without bending, appeared as the co-star in 'Every Which Way But Loose' or have been the subject of a David Attenborough documentary shot in the Sumatran Jungle, then this is the jacket for you! If not, then I'd probably not bother...Annoying, as I really liked the jacket otherwise.

5.0 out of 5 stars Climb every mountain (while intoxicated), 15 Feb 2013

'Twas only this morning I was traversing the North Face of the Eiger when I thought to myself: 'I don't half fancy a beer'. Fortunately for me in addition to an enormous selection of belay devices, cams and quickdraws I had upon my person this very item. Before you could say 'Aaaaaargh, I'm falling!' I had opened a refreshing beverage and continued my ascent with renewed vigour.

For a small amount of money, you too can look like a mountaineering enthusiast with a drink problem! Excellent.

I'm unsure as to JVC's aversion to spelling 'Extreme' and 'Explosives' correctly...Maybe they think it sounds a bit 'street' or perhaps they're concerned that people will think that extreme explosives are not good things to put in your ears...Whatever their dubious spelling tendencies, they do make a good pair of 'phones.

Aside from the obvious lack of cost, the sound quality is great. Only this morning I was listening to Napalm Death, and detected whole new dimensions of sonic subtleties hitherto unacknowledged.

Overall very good!
