Great book, 12 May 2010
This book has helped me revise for my 3rd year university course (Sport and Exercise Science). I brought this book solely for the use of the "acceleration" chapter and it has been a god send to say the least. Starts off with the basics, then takes you gradually through the physiological responses and recommendations to prevent G-LOC. Upon looking quickly at the rest of the book, it seems to follow suit, and is well written and explained.
