This books is a captivating and insightful read. As a grassroots coach I found so many key and relevant chapters from the talent crucifiers, early specialisation, key years, through to opportunity, talent identification and intelligence. But this book is much more than that it's about a failed vision and golden generation, a football identity and that we as a football nation must plan and prioritise to develop our game from youth through to the seniors. We all have a massive responsibility, a role to play and a role we should all take great pride in.
