New Bistro, 16 July 2011
This is, quite simply, one of the best cookbooks I have bought in recent months. Not only is this a delight to look at (the photography is excellent) it is also easy to read as it has a laid-back informal tone to it. The recipes are excellent - so far the quail with grapes and the rabbit with tarragon and mustard sauce have both been excellent. You won't be disappointed with this book!
