A bit too fancy, 2 Jan 2013
I like to make complicated dishies with time but what this book lacks is the simple recipes. I will sure make many of the dishes anyway but it would be easier to figure out cooking times for different ingredients from a few simple recipes. The introduction and pressure cooking in general is well explained in the beginning but table for cooking times is missing.
Anyway, this book broadens the use of pressure cooker from calves tongue and pea soup to wide variety of dishes.
