I'm addicted to historical mystery stories and always looking for a new seam to explore. In Hew Cullen I found a new seam that combines a very satisfying mystery with considerable depth of human understanding. I'm hooked and look forward to my best encounter.

5.0 out of 5 stars Candour coupled with saintliness, 17 Jun 2013

Many years ago, when tutoring candidates for ordination, one student commented that Moral Theology was as boring as watching paint dry. I responded by saying that he clearly hadn't read The Reverend Dr Kevin Kelly. Since then I've had the privilege of meeting Kevin three times and enjoying his saintly candour. This volume, composed mainly of a selection from his published and unpublished works, charts, with disarming honesty, Kevin's journey into an ever deeper understanding of the mystery of the Church's mission to be a sacred sign of God's eternal purposes of reconciliation for the whole human family. This volume should act as a sublime taster for those who have not yet had the pleasure of reading his previously published work. Ad multos annos, Kevin!

5.0 out of 5 stars A really excellent solution to floppy plants, 6 May 2013

I looked at many more expensive alternatives before I found these on Amazon. They are PERFECT for holding up clumps of daffodils or similar flowers that tend to fall over at the first provocation
