Cheesemaking finally clarified!, 20 Sept. 2012
Before reading this book, I was confused about the whole process of making cheese, since it's a delicate procedure that needs close attention to temperatures and times.
Now I can safely say I've made four great cheeses, with fresh herbs, from both goat's and cow's milk, and it is extremely satisfying!
