5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent book, 22 Nov. 2013

After reading this book cover to cover and certain section numerous times I can only echo some of the previous comments here - it's concise, to the point and it really does a good job of introducing the new technologies in Windows Server 2012.

As it says in the introduction, this book covers 80% of the exam topics while the remaining 20% comes from features that haven't changed. To be honest if you're a server administrator you'll likely be able to answer these questions but as always Technet and Microsoft labs are good accompaniments.

If you have a washing machine with dull grey mould on the rubber seal then this product probably won't remove it and I doubt it'll make it smell any better. You'll also likely have 'sludge' between the folds of the rubber seal. As our engineer said when she replaced ours, 'if it's got this far it's impossible to remove.'

A replacement seal reduced the smell by roughly half then 3 separate 90c service washes with a sachet in each has virtually solved the smell.

I'd also suggest taking out the drawer and giving it a good clean. Look at the sprays above the drawer checking for any mould as well.

A slightly cheaper solution before buying this would be a service wash with a cup full of distilled white vinegar. Do another empty wash after to remove any left over vinegar smell. This didn't fix the issue for us though.

Great product, great price!

You literally can not be excited by a foot file. This aside it does the job well and removes hard skin easily. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a foot file!

1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of money!, 5 Oct. 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Don't waste your money!

I've tested with both an electric toothbrush and electric shaver and neither fit properly. If you manage to force the 2 pin's in they'll pop out sooner or later.

This product smacks of cheap quality.

Don't waste your money on this cheap imitation and buy a decent adapter from Argos, Boots etc.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great kettle but already stained, 24 Sept. 2011

Good:
The kettle boils water fairly fast. I've had no problems with leaking and there isn't a horrible taste to the boiled water.

Bad:
The white plastic has yellow stains after a months use which I'm going to try and remove with lemon juice.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent putty!, 31 Aug. 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I broke my distal radius in early July and after 6 weeks of a cast and a week of physiotherapy exercises I thought I'd start to incorporate therapeutic putty to assist with improving grip strength and I must say this stuff (85g) is ideal!

Initially I thought the 'firm' would be perfect thinking I could build up to using it fully in time and for now it may be a little tough starting out. How wrong I was. I can barely squeeze it with my dominant working hand nevermind the other and I'm an average mid twenties guy. So buy the 'medium' unless you frequent the gym a fare bit and have good grip strength prior to needing this putty.

Returns not a problem so overall very happy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent mouse!, 23 July 2011
I've been using this mouse for two weeks now and encountered no issues so far. It's the exact same shape as the legendary MX518 and still feels great in the hand. Other than the obvious colour change the first thing you'll notice is the finish and feel of the mouse. Gone is the shiny glossy plastic of the MX518 and in with a matte slightly rough finish, still comfortable though. This will benefit anyone who gets sweaty palms after hours of gaming with the MX518. Compared with Razor Deathadder the sides of the G400 are smooth and rubberised, not shiny or slippy like the DA. It should be noted this was resolved with the 'Black' edition if you prefer the shape of the DA.

All other buttons are in the same position with the same features and purposes and all are programable. You may also notice the mouse wheel is quieter with the G400.

I personally prefer the shape of the G400 over the Razor Deathadder. I also experienced a BSOD when uninstalling Razor drivers which seems relatively common after digging around. No such experiences with the Logitech drivers however consider checking System Restore is enabled just in case.

One final difference is the maximum DPI which is now increased to 3600. The defaults are set too 400, 800, 1800 and 3600. I'm not sure when you'd need 3600 DPI as most FPS gamers play at 400 - 800 and use 800 - 1800 within Windows dependant on screen size.

If the build quality is anything like the MX518 then I hope I can expect another 5+ years of trouble free clicking!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great filter coffee machine, 9 Nov. 2010
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This item was packaged very well indeed, full marks to the manufacturer and to Amazon.

After unpacking, putting the filters in, plugging in, going through the motions with water and no coffee, I was ready. No problems whatsoever. The coffee scoop is the normal size, the filter very easy to clean (I scoop as much used coffee into the bin as possible and rinse under hot water), the marks on the jug match the marks on the machine, it seems pretty fast, overall couldn't be happier! Well, free biscuits would have been nice!

Fantastic shoes! Surprisingly soft inner sole which slightly arches up at the natural arch in your foot. They look great with a suit and they were a fantastic price on Amazon.

2.0 out of 5 stars Average lamp, 29 Mar. 2010

Average lamp but average build quality. I didn't think I'd be bothered having to tap it 3 times to turn it off. Wrong. I was. Couldn't be doing with this, happily returned to Amazon.
