Oral B Pro 3000 White and Clean Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush
Oral B Pro 3000 White and Clean Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush
Price: £44.99

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great, no frils oral b toothbrush, 25 Feb. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This toothbrush is great - simple to use, it holds its charge well, and using the trizone brush heads, it really does do a good job of cleaning teeth

This toothbrush is simple and straight forward to use - it has an "on/off" button that's easy to operate and that'stimer, and the settings for The different 3d brush effects are easy to use too. The power indicator at the bottom of the brush is easy to see and clearly shows when the battery is running low. The inter-changeable heads mean that you can use pretty much any oral-b electric toothbrush head and your not obliged to keep to the head that comes with this brush - meaning that you can use this brush to suit your "brushing style".

The brush is easy to handle - not too heavy and not too light and it has rubber gripping along the sides which helps you keep a good grip on the brush during cleaning. The heads are also very easy to change (simply pull them off) but they remain solid when connected to the brush and when its in use. The toothbrush also comes with a short "charge base" for the brush which means its easier to store.

The only gripe I have with this brush is the 12 hour charge time. However saying that a single charge should last you around a week, brushing twice daily, so it does hold the charge pretty well.

Overall this a solid brush and is excellent for the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars das ist sehr gut, 25 Feb. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Having used this poroduct for the past few weeks I have been quite impressed with the easy of use and high quality of the course offered. The Grammar book is easy to follow, the dictioanry and phrasebook are useful aids to the audio learning and the headphone quality, while not spectacular is certainly very efficient and comy on the ears. The course itself is easy to follow and "staged", so you can adjust your learning experience and intensity to suit your needs.

Very impressed

3.0 out of 5 stars A bit of a poitnless product, 25 Feb. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I don't really get this product.

I thought it was a "washing powder" booster to kill germs, but its not - you have to soak the clothes in the powder beforehand and THEN wash it. It will not work effectively mixed in with washing power, and obviously it doesn't remove stains. Which makes me ask, what is its purpose, apart from adding a seemingly unneccassary step in your washing cycle?

Having used the product, I cannot also say 100% if indeed it kill extra germs and bacteria, as the clothes seemed the same to me after any other normal wash.

As I mentioned, I'm not sure why this product exists let alone why anyone would buy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb product!, 31 Jan. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This of 1.4 litre Vanish Gold Oxi action is very good value for money.

I have used this product on a number of items, including clothes, table clothes, even curtains and everytime it never seems to fail. It is great at removing the toughest of stains, and does not discolour or bleach the clothes at all. The Gold oxi action has even manged to get stubborn, deep, mud stains out of white rugby shirts and shorts on 1/2 washes, and grass out of cricket whites too.

A great product!!

2.0 out of 5 stars A 2.5 hr charge for 5 min flying time!, 3 Jan. 2015
This review is from: Revell Multicopter Hexatron (Toy)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I got this for my myself and my niece to have some fun with, unfortunatley this product did not allow that.

While this Multicopter was easy to control (and pretty responsive) I had concerns regarding the foam material its made from - VERY light, far too easy to damage, and even a slight crosswind flips it - and the battery life is attrocious. A 2.5 hour charge of the main copter via the included AC cable resulted in only 5min flying time before the "low battery" lights started showing. Couple that with the 8 AA batteries needed for the remote control and overall you had 2 pretty suprised and disapointed people. A second battery for the copter COULD be an option, but the extra £15-20 for said battery would only double the time to around 10 min, and is not really worth it after already apying out around £100 for the copter itself.

I can't really recommend this product - its to easy to damage, and despite it being 2015, it has the battery life of a mid to late 1980s remote control car

Poor.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great juicer!, 3 Jan. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This juicer is superb!

It can make juice out of pretty much any vegatable or fruit and has enough space in the jug to make up to 2 litres of juice. The juicer seems to get lots of juice from the fruit / veg too as there is hardly any pulp left over once the juicing process is completed. Its very quiet when in operation, and is very easy to clean too - easy to dismantle and reassemble. The "Foam Stopper" bar in the lid of the jug is also very handy to stop uneeded froth when pouring too.

The only slight downside to this juicer is the instruction manuel which comes with it - its very bulky and difficult to follow. However, I simply discarded this and experimented. A quick look on online forums answered any question I had regarding this juicer.

Overall, its great value for money and I am thrilled to be using it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple, easy to use and effective!, 3 Jan. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This armband fitted the iPhone 6 perfectly - I have a protective case around my phone, and despite this, it was not too tight, nor too lose when I took the case off. The case allows access to all phone functions easilly, including earphone and power sockets making it easy to use WITH the phone, which in turn allows me to use the armband reguarly.

The Armband is comforatble to use and the fastenings were also very good - the band did not slip down my arm as a ran - something other bands have done in the past.

Overall I'm very happy with this band, its easy to use and effective in what it does.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Great read, 3 Jan. 2015
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I was not sure what to expect with this novel - I'm not a big fan of crime fiction / "whodunits", but I was pleasantly surprised.

The story itself is pretty straight forward to follow - Atticus is sent to Madrid to shut down an underperming newspaper, much to the displeasure of the 5 female writers who run the paper. Atticus "goes" missing and its up to Inspector Manchego to find out how and why he disapperared. The story introduces us to some memorable characters, some great moments of comedy, and has been very well translated from the orginial spanish. It was not too dry / complicated / full of "crime genre" stereoptypes I had expected - in fact this book as quite to opposite!

Overall, I enjoyed this book, and look forward to reading more by Mamen Sanchez

4.0 out of 5 stars A great read - Perfect for newcomers to George V, 7 Dec. 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This book is one in a new series by penguin covering all the British monarchs from 1066 to present. Each book is written by a different historian, and each book also looks the same visually - white hardcover with gold title, and large slipcase cover of an artwork of the monarch under discussion.

I got this book after reading another in the series (Henry VIII), and found it to be as enjoyable and as informative.

This particular book focuses on George V, and is written by David Cannadine, a British historian who has published several books on the Monarchy. Like the Herny VIII book, it makes for interesting, authoritive reading, while maitinaining a "light" accessable tone for the reader less well versed in British history..The book is pretty short at only 118 pages, but it does offer a good look at the life of George V, how he became the King, and the key events during his reign. As with the other books in this series, there are eight pages of colour paitings included in the book to support the text, and which add a nice touch of colour to the book.

In keeping with the accessable nature for the book, there are no footnotes, mid text referencing or appedecies, but all the sources used in writing this book are referenced at the very end.

Having never read much about George V before, I found this book to be very informative, accessable and enjoyeble read, and I look forward to reading more in this new series.

This particular book focuses on Henry VIII, and is written by John Guy, an expert Tudor historian and Fellow at Cambridge. As a result, it makes for interesting, authoritive reading, while maitinaining a "light" accessable tone for the reader less well versed in British history..The book is pretty short at only 112 pages, but it does offer a good look at the life of Henry VIII and the key events of his reign. All in all, while this offers nothing new or groundbreaking in the overall historiography of Herny VIII, it is an informative, accessable and enjoyeble read, and I look forward to reading more in this new series.
