5.0 out of 5 stars Good & solid pliers, 5 April 2014

Good quality, sturdy, tough and reliable pliers. Grip is large enough for those with larger hands and comfortable. There's not much more you can say about a pair of pliers!

5.0 out of 5 stars Go through metal and brickwork without issue, 5 April 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
These are much better than the standard bits that came with my driver and I've used them to drill through metal and brickwork without issue. They're tough, reliable and recommended for DIY as they'll be usable for just about everything you'll need to drill.

2.0 out of 5 stars Cheap but sound it. Music and speech sounds flat compared to other earphones, 5 April 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I'd read favourable reviews elsewhere on-line for these but I can't figure out why. I have a variety of budget earphones spread across various jackets and bags so that I've always got a pair handy and so far these are the most disappointing. This is after trying them for several hours and trying different ear piece sizes and angles.

Music and speech seem very flat and lifeless and the bass is nothing special. Personally I prefer the Monoprice earphones, which are half the price.

The plus points are price, although you're getting what you pay for; they're small & light, making them comfortable; and there's no problem with noise from wire movement.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cheap, simple, reliable., 12 Dec 2013

This is a small switch, so perfect to tuck away behind the scenes. Came with a UK plug/adapter. No software required, simply plug in the net connection into any of the sockets and plug in devices to the rest. Mine is used in conjunction with a TRENDnet 500Mbps Nano Powerline Ethernet Adapter.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very fast connection. Makes the most of high speed broadband., 12 Dec 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I switched from using 802.11n wireless to these for my home office and the difference was very noticeable. I've not had any connection issues and set up was as simple as plugging in to the sockets, router and computer; no software required.
In a house with relatively old wiring I've had a 100Mbps broadband connection through these. I've not tested the connection to it's maximum but as I understand these devices you'll probably max out at under 500Mbps as there's an overhead to the transmission through the power cables and the quality of your household circuitry will make a difference.

3.0 out of 5 stars Firmer than other insoles and with good arch, 2 Dec 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I've tried these and the Sorbothane Double Strike insoles, both used as a replacement for the insoles of old shoes instead of additional insoles as both are fairly thick.
These are relatively firm with a fairly solid and inflexible black plastic base at the rear of the foot. This makes the sole a bit firmer than the Double Strike and the arch a bit more defined. With my size 12 feet in some shoes the arch feels too far back, as if they were optimised for a size 11 shoe, so I'd hesitate to recommend them to others with size 12 feet.
Personally I prefer the Double Stirke as they have more give to them but these would suit somebody looking for a firm sole to use in an old shoe.

Lassig Long Sleeve Waterproof Bib Savanna (Petrol)

4.0 out of 5 stars Stylish but not quite perfect, 2 Dec 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Lassig bibs are some of the better looking bibs available and they're made of a plastic that is soft, easy to clean, quick to dry and doesn't hold smells like fabric bibs. The pocket pouch is only vaguely useful as it isn't rigid, so if it catches food is more down to luck. These are small enough to fit our 8 month old without swamping him and large enough to fit for a good while longer. The only downside is that the sleeves aren't elasticated and so we prefer our other bibs with elasticated sleeves that keep the mess out.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great bib for messy eaters, 2 Dec 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
We've had two of these for a couple of months and they're the best bibs we've used so far. They are small enough to fit our 8 month old well and large enough to fit for a good while longer. They have elasticated sleeves, which very usefully stops mess running along the arms. They hand and machine wash well without retaining any smell like other fabric bibs do and dry quickly. The pocket pouch is only vaguely useful as it isn't rigid, so if it catches food is more down to luck. Apart from that they're to be recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Useful for when your baby starts eating everything., 27 Oct 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
These are soft, reversible (with the labels removed) and fit easily. We found them useful for a couple of months when our baby started eating the straps but after a few weeks he realised it wasn't a nice flavour and stopped. It was definitely easier to have these and wash them separately from the carrier. I think they're white instead of matching as then the dried drool doesn't show. On coloured material it would look messy very quickly.

4.0 out of 5 stars Original part replacement for lost eye cup, 27 Oct 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The Olympus OM-D EM-5 eye cup seems to come off far too easily and I lost mine in a field somewhere. This is the replacement part from Olympus, which explains why it's so expensive for a simple bit of plastic & rubber. It would be better if for your money you got something that stayed on better.
