Leapfrog Customer Service, 31 Dec 2013
I purchased this for my grandson, who's three years old, for Christmas. I wish I'd bought him a different model. The speaker isn't working. I emailed Leapfrog on Christmas Day to advise if there was any way to turn on the speaker, there still hasn't been a response. I telephoned their customer services number. It took ages to speak to someone. He couldn't understand what the problem is as headphones can be used. I'm returning this to Amazon.

takes ages to set up.
there's a delay in an application loading
limited internet through Leapfrog
What I like about the Ultra
I would not recommend this to anyone.
