Having breastfed 12 children over the past 20 years and I am still currently breastfeeding my youngest daughter and this is the ONLY book on breastfeeding that I would recommend. This is a wonderful no nonsense practical guide and it contains information on Breastfeeding that you will not find anywhere else. I particularly loved the fact that it takes Breastfeeding away from the mechanics that are currently taught and practiced in many of the support groups and took it back to the natural and beautiful thing that it is. Sharon has made this book so easy to read and by including so many beautiful and personal pictures has made it that perhaps people won't feel so self concious of feeding their baby the natural way. Congratulations Sharon on a well thought out and thoroughly researched guide to breastfeeding for new and experienced mums. The size of it also means that it is so easy to pick up and read even whilst one is Breastfeeding, this book is to me the Breastfeeding Bible!!!
