4.0 out of 5 stars Looks like a winner, even when it's not perfect, 28 Feb 2014

This looks and feels like a great cable.
The connectors feel very solid, the only thing that worries me is that one of the fins on the micro USB connector was "pushed" all the way inside and I'm not sure if this is was a product defect or if the fins are inherently weak and the second remaining one will lose the ability to mantain it connected in a few weeks.
However, so far it is working well so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and see how well this performs.

2.0 out of 5 stars Great idea. Terrible conception, 22 Feb 2014

This game always felt like it would be a ton of fun compared to the usual zombie shooters. The exotic setting, survivalist vibe, RPG elements and original weapon arsenal are easily it's main strengths... and sadly, only ones.

The game feels like something that would have been amazing a decade ago. The underdeveloped gameplay makes it a struggle to do everything from navigating menus to fighting zombies. The story is a swiss cheese of plot holes, fetch quests and cheesy dialogue. After a couple of hours I didn't even care what I was doing, I just dragged myself to the next mission objective flag and killed/looted whatever was at the end of it to move on to the next forgettable quest giver.

All in all, I can't say this is a fun or interesting game to play. There are plenty of much better zombie games if you care to look for them, but if you're an absolute lover of exotic scenarios and zombie games then maybe you'll enjoy this one.

2.0 out of 5 stars Decent at best, a big let down for fans, 16 Feb 2014

For someone who has played all the games from the series, this is by far the one I least enjoyed playing through by far.

The main protagonist is forgettable at best, most of the missions offer little to no freedom and there's no reason to push you for the end other than just getting over it for series plot purposes. But not all are bad news, the Frontier is a wonderful place to lose yourself in and the historical setting and the side activities are very appealing, to the point that they largely overshadow the plot of the game himself.

If you don't care for the story and just want some action and adventure, then this might be a nice game for you, however there are also plenty of better options available. If you're a fan from the series, tone down your expectations and push through for it will still be nice to understands the story arc of the series.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Pack for the lovers of AC2, 16 Feb 2014

Both these games take everything that was good on the previous titles and push it to even higher levels adding new interesting features while also keeping the familiar and simple gameplay.
Brotherhood ties many of the loose ends from Assassin's Creed 2 and Revelations brings all the stories from the previous titles together to a touching finale.

And to finish it up, If you're a particular fan of the protagonist, Ezio, then I also highly recommend you finish up his story watching the short animated flm, Assassin's Creed Embers and bid a final farewell to one of the most charismatic and loved characters in gaming.

1.0 out of 5 stars Fast at charging. Even faster at breaking apart, 24 Jan 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This product seems like a life saver for all those power guzzling devices. And if you're lucky, it will be. The problem is the micro USB connector is a pain to stay put because the fins that hold it in place are ridiculously tiny specially for such a bulky design. This means that even though it will charge faster than usual you will be very lucky if it will manage to get a full battery before it randomly disconnects midway through.

Used it on my Nexus 7 and a friend's HTC One

UPDATE: The micro USB plug literally came apart after a single month. Buy at your own risk, I do not recommend at all.

In case you don't know if yet, HDMI cables truly are just that, cables. There's no big technological secret or gimmick behind the insane price tags of the so called high end cable.
So if like 99.9% of people you just want to watch a Blu-ray or play video games on your living room or bedroom, forget the big brands or flashy looks that will end up hidden behind your TV and look no further because price really is all that will matter in the end.
