Dr Who for the 21st Century, 17 May 2005
On the whole the new series is very good. The only thing letting it down is that at 45min per story each episode lacks the plot and character development of the old show. On the plus side the production values are extremely high and the money has been very well spend. As an aside Rose's mum Jackie is rather irritating and I fear will be a permanant fixure for the foreseeable future.
