Skagen Women's Watch 233XSSLB
Skagen Women's Watch 233XSSLB

1.0 out of 5 stars Stopped working after 2 months, a fortune to repair, 26 Mar. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
While the watch I received fits the bill perfectly as far as aesthetics go, it stopped working after about two months of use. The product appears to come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty (covers faults only, but that seemed like just what I needed), but must be purchased through an authorised Skagen dealer in order to qualify. TForTime (the seller) is NOT AN AUTHORISED DEALER for Skagen watches, and the cost to repair faulty moving parts (including postage), added to the sale price (£44.99) comes to more than the RRP of the watch!

Try and find an authorised dealer with a sale, it'll be much less expensive in the long run.

4.0 out of 5 stars What a story!, 12 Jun. 2013

This story is amazing. The author gets you so much into the main character's head that by the end I felt every weight on her soul as if they were on my own. It was devastatingly powerful.

I didn't give 5 stars because the trilogy cover is so flimsy as to be useless.

Covers and protects the phone, which is held securely by the bracket, whilst providing full access to all hardware buttons (Except the power button, though the fabric is supple enough to allow this to be pressed through the case easily enough.)

5.0 out of 5 stars double whamy, easy and functional!, 3 Nov. 2012
This box certainly has all the toys, and they are so easy to access and understand thanks to the well designed web interface.

But they make things even easier for that time when you'be just received your new router and want your network RIGHT NOW (as long as you are running Windows). With the couple of simple setup wizards that come with the packaged CD, I had a working Ethernet network, both wireless networks and a shared network printer all working barely 5 minutes after opening the box.

On an aesthetic note, it looks pretty sleek too!

4.0 out of 5 stars a new trilogy begins, 27 Feb. 2009
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This Game is amazing. If you loved the narration and acrobatic moves of the PS2 Prince of Persia games then this one will not disappoint. As an added bonus, most of the additional, non-essential, dialogue style narration was laugh-out-loud funny. One bit almost had me in tears, no joke.

However, there is one issue with this game for me. Although it didn't make this game any less fun, it did make the game less than what I expected. One of the major plusses in the original PS2 trilogy was the fact that all the environment based acrobatics could be applied in combat, allowing you to vault over enemies from the walls or swing round pillars to strike many enemies at once to name but a few of the possibilities. This element is missing from this game, as they focused more on the 'boss-battle' style and the chaining of attacks into cinematic sequences. While this is a very good system, it seemed to me to break up the game into two distint parts which were always intrinsicly linked in the original trilogy: the environment and the enemies.

Having said this, this is only a very minor gripe from a PS2 POP fan-boy: the game is still phenominal and well worth buying!

4.0 out of 5 stars a whole new world, 27 Feb. 2009
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This game is amazingly broad, almost doubling the massive original content with the two expansion packs that come in the same package. Although the graphics can't compare with some other games on the new generation of console, the story versatitlity and breadth more than make up for it.
