Great customer service from Pure & great products, 2 Mar. 2013
Have always really liked the unit since purchased in late 2010. Unfortunately, it broke down and totally failed a month or so back. Contacted Pure, they arranged collection back to their place and week or so later I was sent a new replacement. OK a radio at this price ought not to break after 2 years but got to give real credit to Pure, no arguments, no terms & conditions thrown my way...just a real desire to get it sorted which they did. I've always been a bit of a Pure fan since the very early days of DAB and have several of their items. First time I've needed their customer service and what a credit it is to them...in this day & age, it's a pleasure to find a company like this that seems to really care about it customers.
