4.0 out of 5 stars Lovely but..., 6 Mar 2013

I love the look and style of this watch, It is well worth the money and i would have paid the original price if i had seen it in person.

The reason i have only given it 4 stars is that it comes in a flimsy card board box (inside ususal Amazon packaging) it does have the Kahuna branding on it but i would have liked a more substantial box for storage and the watch strap is a bit on the small side, i have average sized wrists but quite a sticky out bone ( broke it when at school!) and it does tend to get stuck on it but should be comfy and big enough for anyone that has normal to small wrists.

Beautiful colours and very good quailty and value for the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally back to what we love!, 6 Mar 2013
I get the latest Patricia Cornwell book every year for christmas and have to admit since Scarpetta Factor i had struggled to read them and was doing so out of loyalty more than anything else.

This book has totally changed that and i really enjoyed it, it kept me interested and i didnt think there was any ridiculously long conversations about not a lot between two characters which has seemed to be a reocurring theme in recent Scarpetta books.

I loved this and I can't wait to find out what will happen between certain characters in the next installment, won't spoil it for those that haven't read it but it's definently worth a shot.

I loved this book, it does make me wonder though does the person that writes the blurb actually read the books?!!

The story is a bit of a romance but also has a hint of crime and conspiracy theorys but over all a really good read that makes you feel for the characters and want to get to know them and there individual stories.

Give it a shot is all i can say, you will love it or hate it (the marmite of books!!)

4.0 out of 5 stars Good story...dont judge a book by its cover!, 17 Oct 2012

The cover chosen for the book makes it look a bit scary and could put some people off but its not a horror and i think as some of the other reviews have said is aimed at teenage or YA audiences, saying that though im 24 and i loved the whole series so far.

A bit of a fluffy psychological thriller is a way i could describe it mixed with a bit of teenage angst!

Easy to read, nice characters that do get better through the series hence the 4 stars for this one :)

I enjoy reading about dystopian worlds but what i think makes this stand out is that this is our world today, yesterday was fine and dandy and today everyone else is just gone! There is no climate change fireball that wipes everyone else out there is no massive catastrophe or robot uprising He just wakes up!

I like that fact that things you would not necessarily consider when thinking this through are included and that it follows ecological streams and that it could really happen because there is no scientific proof that its not happening such as a robot uprising!

To think that you are the only person in the world is for one second the most terrifying thought ever but even then you can't fully experience this as it hasn't happened.

A truely wonderfull story that makes the reader think and question what you understand about life.

The ending was brilliant I was worried that it would go the easy way out but it doesnt (i dont want to ruin it!)

5.0 out of 5 stars Great story and the rest of the series is brilliant too!, 28 Jun 2012

I started reading this book and thought it was a bit too fluffy so gave up on it, After a while i picked it up again and im so glad i did! I love this book and I love all of the characters, The other two in the series are just as good and tell Jules' and Audrey's stories.

The stories are romantic and make you feel like your there watching and living in this world. The way everything is described and the emotions are explained really makes you understand and believe in the characters.

After reading what other people have wrote in there reviews it seems like it is mainly people that left bad reviews are people that have said "i didnt finish it" and I would just like to say how can you give an honest and fair review if you havent read the whole book???

I loved the first book in the series but this one is even better!

It really is a book that you feel you are part of and that the characters are friends. I love all of them for different reasons.

What a cliff hanger though! It will drive me mad till the next one comes out but im sure i will probably read the first 2 again before then!

Thanks again Nicole for sharing your brilliant world with us :)

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting but not really an easy read!, 24 Mar 2012

I did enjoy the story and took more to the characters as the story went on but the made up words were a bit confusing and sometimes grated on me a bit.

Ending was very open, maybe i lack imagination but i like to know whats happened to the characters not have to decide for my self!

Worth sticking with it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Birthday Present EVER!!!, 25 Nov 2011

Il keep it short because no one else has!

I love it! i have the keyboard wi-fi version and to be honest i have never used the wi-fi bit because i just transfer using a cable from my laptop, easy once you have worked it out.

I have had mine a year almost and i dont miss anything about books. i actually prefer reading on my kindle, the built in dictionary is great especially if you like medical/crime books very handy for finding out what some obsure word for a small bone means!

I would recommend to anyone, one of the benefits is that because its so light it doesnt hurt so much when you fall asleep reading and drop it on your face!!

Best present of all time!!!
