5.0 out of 5 stars shocked by the real truth, 18 Nov. 2011
I got this book without realizing what a huge impact it would have on everything i had been taught about hitler, auschwitz, and the extent of knowledge of the allied goverments involved.I would recommend everyone to read this and not the fictional accounts with which so called historians and experts have come up with.Muller was not under arrest was not under any duress to say or write anything that was untrue which is unlike rudolph hoss and adolf eichmann. He gave enough evidence to back up all his claims, and thease facts were checked my american inteligence agencys. I urge anyone who wants the real facts to read this before your facts are distorted my authors with their own hidden agenda.

4.0 out of 5 stars gestapo, 2 Oct. 2010
i found this book a great source of knowledge into the workings of the gestapo, and found lots of information and facts about the different sections and the work the did.i thought the author had written it extremly well and found the book hard to put down once i had started reading. i had actually bought the book to read about the notorious klaus barbie as the book deals with the ss in france, but found that even though his name is mentioned on the back there was no reference to him in the whole of the book, which i must admit i found strange. if anyone reading this wants to know more about this organization and the people who instumented it, this is a great book to read,i am know reading it for a second time.

5.0 out of 5 stars disturbing but a must read, 30 Jan. 2010
having read various books on the ss and the nazi regime, i must put this book as the best i have read to date. though deeply disturbing in the graphic way each story is told by both members of the killing squads and by the victims, the author has managed to get across to the reader the true horror and absolute madness of those involved. I myself on more than one occasion had to take a few minutes before i could read on, such is the harrowing images that come to mind, in my view if you want to know about the einzatsgruppen this the book to read first as the other books for me are just not as informative as this.

5.0 out of 5 stars masterpiece, 6 Feb. 2009
brilliantly written, easily understandable, and a real insight to the charges, evidence and finally sentances that were passed down to thease men.personally i do not belive the trials of thease men should ever of took place certainly not by the russians, who have never been held accountable for there own war crimes commited before and after ww2. but i was very pround of the english prosectors and the way they pushed for a trial with the defendants at least being allowed a fair trial and not just rounded up and shot.a must buy for all who are interested in this subject

5.0 out of 5 stars mindblowing, 6 Feb. 2009
This review is from: Conspiracy [DVD] (DVD)
forget private ryan and all the other hollywood movies about world war 2, if you want to see excellent writing and a perfect cast, this is the film to watch. kenneth brannagh's portrail of heydrich and stanley tucci's of eichmann is a testament of just how good thease actors are, taken nothing away from the rest of the cast as they are brilliant throughout,i found heinrich mueller very scary. the final solution in which 12 high ranked officials sealed the fate of all the jews of europe and the way it was carried out, chills you to the core. a brilliant film that i have watched numerous times, great special features, a must buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars amazing insight, 4 Dec. 2008
having recently visited the camp auschwitz, i made sure i read this book first, and i was glad i did as on the actual tour of auschwitz there were alot of facts left out. it surprised me by the end of this book just how normal you found hoess to be, not the monster like we are told. and with all the new information that has came out since about the camp especially concerning the gas chamber and what the russians did when they liberated the camp it has me know intrigued. great read, best book i have read since mein kampf

5.0 out of 5 stars mein kampf, 4 Dec. 2008
This review is from: Mein Kampf (Paperback)
a brilliant book, a real insight into the mind of a man who will forever be remembered in history. it was interesting to read a book that had not been altered in anyway, by that i mean most books i have read about national socialism or the nazis, are so inaccurate, and full of the authors own biased views.
