5.0 out of 5 stars Better Each Year., 11 Jun 2011
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
If only the developers for the moto gp games were this enthusiastic about motorcycle raceing!

The game is the 2011 seasion as stated on the box, you can ride in the superstock, supersport, or indeed the world superbike championship also included on the game is the legends mode (Frankie Chilli, Edwards, Bostrom, Foggy etc...) which had to be bought from psn on the 2010 edition. Career mode has been extended to 8 years instead of the previous 5 years. Theres a good challenge mode to go through too.

The bikes are great fun to control, suzukis indeed feel very different from a honda as you'd expect which is whats lacking in the moto gp games. you can do full weekends as in hour long qualifying as apposed to the 5 mins you are allocated in the moto gp games....

The only fault i can find on this game is that the menu screens are very bland as apposed to the 2010 game, bikes, helmets and riders are easy to unlock, accually it just happens as you're playing through the game.

Also arcade mode has gone thank Christ!!!!!

I'll answer any questions if you have any and I hoped this review helped.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow...., 29 Oct 2010

What a fantastic game, started playing at 9am and finished to 2.45pm.

With the release of this game aproaching i thought to myself rite, i'll watch episode 1,2,3 then play the force unleashed then play part 2, and it all connects fantasticly. The first game had a great gripping story but it would have been a very short game if you didn't go back to each planet twice.

The best and worst part about this game is that it is a flowing continuing story, there are no breaks between the levels so its very hard to stop playing, it almost makes you want to read the book for extera insight into the characters like the first.

The enemys are alot better, some fearless foes for you to dismember. The main problem for me was using the force to pull objects down or accross (Like in the first game where you moved a lock to open the door it would be hold R2 then a direction and the lock would move) but here its been dummed down a little hold R2 and tap X etc...

The story is great, very involving. When leveling Starkiller you now have a point system where you buy your force upgrades which is better in some respects, and the lightsaber crystals have different properties, health drain, extra force points, Disintergration.

The game has some nice cameos, and two teriffic endings...... Roll on part 3????

P.S This Game Is Mega

4.0 out of 5 stars Shocking...... In a goo way ;), 16 Oct 2010
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
I bought this cheap because I want to play it but was put off by the bad reviews, I hate you haters because the game is MEGA!

Yes the movement is slow but when I've been in scary situations I don't exatly go around stomping and running, its realistic as is the sound effects.

And it is soooo much fun to play it on your own, find out where the jumpy parts are then make your friends play it in the dark and laugh at them.

Top game, watch the film and then play.

4.0 out of 5 stars Grow up people!!!, 5 Sep 2010
I must admit i refused to watch this film at the cinema, and i refused to buy it when it was released, but i get drunk and make multiple impulse purchase's.
So one day this blu ray is posted and i put it to one side....

I get drunk again and decide to watch it, the misses loved it but i was picking it apart all the way through saying that didn't happen, thats rubish, oh my god i can't beleve they've done this.

Anyway i keep telling people to avoid the film and watch the anime, then for some reasion i watched the film sober and just watched it for what it was, which is a freaking AWSOME film! so what it doesn't stay true to the books, neither does the DragonBall z cartoon, so what you should do is just take a chill pill and relax, watch a great film and apreciate it for what it is.... an enjoyable adventure.

So if you haven't seen it, you should do because your missing out, and if you love the books, history, anime etc... put those judging fingers away and just have fun.

The artwork is awsome, the only problem is that this graphic novel is in German, Three stars for the artwork the story looks great but i can't read german so it prevents me from adding further stars.

Check language before you buy.

4.0 out of 5 stars 2mins in, its very poor.... 2hours in its adictive and FUN...., 9 April 2010
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: MotoGP 09/10 (PS3) (Video Game)
Rite, i downloaded the demo of the game from PSN, i played it hoping for a cross between SBK 09 and Moto GP 08 but it looked and felt like the xbox and xbox 360 ultimate racing technology(U.R.T.) games which i really really hate!!!!! So i deleted it and bad mouthed it every day untill today...

For some reasion, today 9/4/2010, i couldn't stop thinking about it, thinking about making my own team with sponsors and choosing the colours (just like on U.R.T.) even tho i just wanted a game where i could join a team like Rizla Suzuki and do a championship with full race distance. But no i couldn't stop thinking about it so after work i went to asda picked up a copy and put it on when i got home, and again i asked why on earth have i bought this crap, it handles like dog crap on stilts, but after a while of struggleing (and i'v never struggled on a bike game before!!!) i finaly go it, and now i'm hooked....

Yes the game has its bad points, and yes i just wanted a remake of Moto GP 08 with the new riders and colour scheams, but the games not that bad. Its a shame that the career mode is only 3 laps but some how it doesn't matter (And i like to play all bike games at full race distance between 18-30 laps...) the handleing seems sooooo poor when you start but all of a sudden you're not all over the place and you finaly get it (turn the corner and instead of whiping the left stick the oposite direction press the tuck button and you start to streaten out...).
Online is great, have only 2 friends playing? then add a full grid of AI riders its great.

Anybody who loves the SBK or Moto GP games should give the game a few hours, i'm really glad i did, I still want it to be like 08, but i am enjoying the game and it's a real challenge. the trophys are really easy to obtain to all you hunters out there.

Just give it a chance, you'd be crazy not to.

4.0 out of 5 stars Saturday Night CGI No Brainer (in a good way), 8 Feb 2008
I'm a huge fan of the manga and the original cartoon, so finding the movie on ebay was sexy, the only problem is that there was no subtitles so i was sat there just watching the action unfold, it'd be nice to accualy know what was happening.

The advantage i had with watching this film was that it is based on the manga, the birth, demon bird and amon the appoccolyps of devilman.

This isn't the best film in the world and it even got the Japanese award for the worst film of the year, but trust me you'll be able to just sit back and enjoy the crazy action unfold. And there is a nice twist at the end.

The only thing that i didn't like about this film was Akira Fudo's fight stance..... and that Ryo looks a bit girly.
