Clever changes to the classics, 2 Feb 2012
With so many cook books easily available it is difficult to find new inspiration - until you read this book. Clever changes to classic recipes make me want to cook them all over again - cannellini bean mash in a pie, peas in guacamole and nifty ways to use new potatoes instead of plain mash. This book does live up to a food lover's exacting requirements, with a plethora of flavourings, all in a healthy package! Can't wait for the next book.
