The BEST French cookery book out!, 10 Jan 2012
This is a FAB book. We used to live in France - but I've never been able to find a book (until now) that helps me to capture the essence of French dishes. Everyday French food - what a treat! It is delightful to be able to recreate so many of the wonderful dishes we ate in Brasseries over there. The recipes are written simply for the layman - even I can understand! I've served some fabulous dishes with minimum effort thanks to Galmiche's tips. I recommend the Tarte Tatin and Salade Nicoise.
