5.0 out of 5 stars 2001 - A great eurovision year!!, 3 Oct. 2002
Second in the series of full eurovision releases, and what a success. All the songs from the 2001 contest including 16 year old Lindsay Dracass singing "No Dream Impossible" for the UK (should have finished higher in my opinion) and the cool winner from Estonia.
All songs are recorded brilliantly. Don't worry it's not one of those live CDs that sounds terrible.
Summary: Highly recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Euro cheese at it's best, 25 Sept. 2002
This review is from: The Story of Eurovision (Audio CD)
A definite buy for all Eurovision fanatics. Not really for the beginner.
Includes some of the cheesiest tunes from across Europe. My current favourite being "Eres tu" by Mocedades, a song I had never heard until playing this CD.
Enjoy!!

3.0 out of 5 stars Good but not Pasolini's finest!, 24 Jun. 2001
"The Canterbury Tales" is second part of Pasolini's 'Trilogy Of Life' but certainly the most innocent, and perhaps dullest, of the three. Based on stories by Chaucer the film has been set in England, however the native tongue has been dubbed in Italian with English subtitles. The stories are fairly adult in nature but mostly harmless unlike Pasolini's shocker, "Salo".
Final thoughts - watch but don't buy unless you're a fan of the director!.

4.0 out of 5 stars (Great hits from the true star of the Mamas & Papas), 10 Mar. 2001
This album my Mama Cass is a true classic for all cheesy music fans like me. I was looking for an album which featured her most popular hits (ie. her "big ones") and this album was no disappointment. Of the 12 songs there are a few which didn't come up to scratch but the rest such as "One Way Ticket" and "Make Your Own Kind Of Music" certainly make up for it. All in all, a recommended buy!
