HoMedics Handheld Shiatsu Massager
HoMedics Handheld Shiatsu Massager

1.0 out of 5 stars Not a great design, 24 July 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Although the idea is good in theory, this massager is very impractical for 2 reasons:

1) the handle is far too short for any normal person to reach their own back or any other difficult to access areas therefore suggesting that you might need help from another person to use it on any part of your body that you can't reach yourself
2) it comes with several head attachments but so far I've not been able to remove the head it came with. I am sure I will sort it out in the end but it's not exactly user friendly if the customer has to struggle to figure out how to do it

In addition to this, the massager is quite heavy and with short handle, your hands will be getting tired very soon! I'd give it a miss until maybe an improved version comes out!

This eyeshadow is matte, too dry and too chalky. I absolutely hate the colour and quality. Definitely not for me.

1.0 out of 5 stars Too basic, too generic and most of the content is available free from multiple sources, 23 July 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
The book is definitely easy to read as is the case with most ".. For Dummies" series but it's so generic that I would only consider it useful for someone, who literally never reads anything published in papers, magazines, blogs etc. For example, there is a chapter on improving your language skills. Suggestions include: playing games with yourself such as naming as many animals as you can in 30 seconds, doing crosswords, writing yourself clues instead of making lists (e.g. instead of saying take chicken out of the freezer, you write take the bird out of the freezer).

Similarly, there is a chapter on handling stress that suggests indentifying your stressors and gives suggestions on how to handle them. Examples:

A crowded commute (potential stressor) - Leaving home earlier or later (modified stressor)
Constant lateness (potential stressor) - Learning time-management skills (modified stressor) etc

While all these things make perfect sense, do we really need a book for them? I probably don't but if my brief review somehow got you interested in this book, then you will probably find it useful.

Good quality, lightweight duvet. Warm enough but not too warm, so can be used in various seasons. Folds fairly compact for storage too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, 19 July 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Another lovely product from Carmex. Extremely soft and smooth, these are among some of the best lip balms I've ever used. I like this new lime flavour too and SPF15 is an added bonus. Purchased Carmex many times before and will do many times over. Well worth the money.

2.0 out of 5 stars Misleading, 16 July 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Although I don't have an issue with recipes in the book as such, I would say that the title of the book is somewhat misleading. There are a lot of recipes there that are from either Russian, Ukranian or some other European part of the former USSR. That in itself isn't a problem but referring to such a collection of recipes as new Polish cooking is a huge stretch of the author's imagination no matter how similar Eastern European cuisines may be! And referring to dishes such as bigos as Polish kimchi is frankly a complete p***take!

HoMedics PED-600 Portable Heel Smoother with Six Disks
HoMedics PED-600 Portable Heel Smoother with Six Disks
Price: £19.99

3.0 out of 5 stars Not effective on dry/rough skin, 16 July 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Despite having a rotating metal blade plus buffing disks, this device is still not very effective on dry or rough heels. It requires 4 batteries, so will be very expensive to run before you get the outcome you want, which is smoother heels. Perhaps it's good for those whose skin is already relatively smooth but if you want it to do some proper work, it's not effective. It's ok but no better than Scholl, which is also very mediocre rough and dry skin.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great, 15 July 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Wonderful clips for various small paperwork as well as miscellaneous uses in the kitchen. I use it for my project documents at work as well as for half used packets of various foods such as pasta, sugar etc to keep them fresh. All the more convenient that they can be used with a dispenser.

Scotch Extra Resistant Packaging Tape 50mm x 66m (E5066S6) - 1 roll
Price: £4.99

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good, 14 July 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Excellent packaging tape whether you want to package small parcels or heavier ones. As expected with Scotch tape, it's excellent quality and this roll is pretty decent length, so will last a while. The tape is very strong, so probably good for miscellaneous heavy luggage when you are travelling. I am very pleased with it.

OPI Rapidry Lacquer Spray 60 ml
OPI Rapidry Lacquer Spray 60 ml
Price: £13.50

2.0 out of 5 stars Not very good, 11 July 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Not very good; feels somewhat sticky and doesn't seem to dry your nail polish any quicker than it would normally dry itself. Nail polish probably does feel marginally drier but definitely not dry enough for you to be able to get on with things. You still have to wait for the polish to dry after the application of this product, which frankly defeats the purpose.

Giving it 2 stars because it's a good idea. The spray bottle is also a good way to implement this idea but unfortunately the product itself lets the idea down.
