SEEM OK BUT TIME WILL TELL, 9 Dec 2012
Up to now I've bought my sweatshirts from Primark. They were thick, cheap and lasted very well. BUT they always shrunk, so over the years I learned to get a larger size than I needed and then they shrunk to fit. For some reason Primark seem to have stopped selling them so I have bought these FOTL ones from the company COOZO. While they are not as thick as I'm used to they seem to be well made and properly sized (I bought XL and they are a good XL). Only time will tell whether they wear well and whether they will shrink. I will add an update when I know! COOZO itself did well. The items were well packed, despatched promptly and arrived much more quickly than I expected.

REALLY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT, 31 Oct 2012
I recently bought 3 packs (50 in each pack) of these kind of wipes. All were identically described on Amazon (i.e. J cloths "type" - perforations as in the original etc) but, in fact, came from different suppliers. Two packs (blue and pink) came from Aaron Chemicals and were complete rubbish (see my separate reviews). Don't touch those cloths with a barge pole. These cloths however (green) came from Ashland Chemicals & Hygeine and were exactly what I expected from the description. They were a decent size (50x36cms), were reasonably thick so mopped up water well and had perforations so were easy to wash through. The packet they came in also said they had an anti bacterial agent to inhibit bacterial growth and bore the name Ocean Wipes and Abbey. I'm really disappointed with the blue and pink ones supplied by Aaron Chemicals but delighted with these. Update: I complained to Aaron Chemicals and it appears they sent me the wrong ones. They sent me a postage paid label to return them and replaced them with Optima Classic. While those cloths are better, in my opinion they are still not as good as the ones being sold by Ashland Chemicals/Cleaning and Hygeine

NOT AS GOOD AS J CLOTHS, 25 Oct 2012
I bought these cloths hoping they would be as good as, or nearly as good as, the original J&J J cloths. Well, they are nowhere near as good. They are smaller, thinner and do not pick up water well. You should take the seller's (Aaron Chemicals Ltd) claim that they have "perforations as in the original J-cloth" with a pinch of salt! Perforations were not evident even when held up to the light. They came in a cellophane package with a label saying they were 'Optima economy' all purpose cloths and bearing a Leicester company name of Ramon Hygeine. I have done some research and these cloths are the lowest quality ones Ramon Hygeine do - above them come the Regular, Light, Classic, Medium and Plus range. So if you want a product similar to the original J cloth don't buy these ones. For the avoidance of doubt I bought these poor quality cloths from Aaron Chemicals Ltd. I suggest you do not do the same! The ones being sold by Cleaning and Hygiene are much better (see my separate review). Update: I complained to Aaron Chemicals and it appears they sent me the wrong ones. They sent me a postage paid label to return them and replaced them with Optima Classic. While those cloths are better, in my opinion they are still not as good as the ones being sold by Cleaning and Hygeine

USUAL AMAZON QUALITY OF SERVICE, 6 Sep 2012
I bought this item, along with similar XL size colours in black, cyan and magenta. It was a little cheaper buying them separately rather than as one lot. I usually buy the smaller size cartridges in combo packs. I've only ever bought genuine HP inks and am happy with them even though they are expensive. Anyway, these items were sold by Amazon rather than one of their third party suppliers and the use by dates were late 2013 to mid 2014. Delivery was speedy (and ahead of Amazon's estimate)and the packaging was excellent. In other words, the usual Amazon high quality service. No complaints at all.

A POOR QUALITY PRODUCT, 21 Mar 2012
As you would expect from Amazon, delivery speed and packaging were brilliant. But the product itself was very poor. It did not work at all, even though the batteries were brand new. It was so poorly made that even if it had worked I suspect durability would have been poor too. I have never had to return a product to Amazon before so I hope their returns/refund procedures are as good as their order/delivery ones! Update - having now looked around for another head torch I can honestly say this particular product/model is the worst of a pretty poor lot. It's the sort of thing you might get in a Christmas cracker - cheap plastic rubbish (but it's not that cheap!) Avoid at all costs or you will be disappointed.

GOOD PRODUCT, 2 Mar 2012
I'm not a great fan of Amazon market place because I've had a few problems in the past with some of the traders. The company that supplied this item however (Home Range Online) were very good. It is a pretty solid piece of kit. It comes with no instructions or screws/wall plugs but that was not a problem for me. I did shave some of the plastic lugs on the piece you put the roll on and which drops into each side of the holder. I used a stanley knife. It just made it a little easier to get the roll holder out when changing the roll and to get it back in afterwards.

SO PLEASED WITH AMAZON, 15 Feb 2012
A lot of previous reviewers have had problems with these cartridges - for example, slow delivery, suspect authenticity, suspected re-filled cartridges, out of date stock and so on. One common denominator seems to be that they have bought them from third party suppliers trading through Amazon market place. I bought mine directly from Amazon and I'm pleased I did. They were genuine HP. They were new stock with a long expiry date (December 2013). They came with lightening speed. And, at the time I bought them, they were the cheapest on line anywhere. For the record (and after a bit of research) the capacity of the different sizes of HP 364 cartridges are as follows: standard black 6ml (250 pages); standard colour 3ml (300 pages); XL black 13ml (550 pages); XL colours 6ml 750 pages). I have no reason to think this combo pack contains anything less than the standard size cartridges

Not sure how good a buy this is/will turn out to be., 30 Dec 2011
This duvet is made in China even though much play is made (on the box it came in and on the label on the duvet) of the Boston Duvet and Pillow Company being an English company. The company behind the brand name is Fogarty I believe. I make this point upfront because I spent a lot of time researching duvets before buying this one and the one thing I could not find out beforehand is where the goose down came from and where the duvet was actually made. Those aspects apart, this duvet seemed to meet my requirements perfectly: it was 100% white snow goose down; it had a high (700) fill power; it had a high (445) thread count cover; it was constructed with baffle boxes rather than stitched through enabling the down fully to expand; it came from a recognised and reputable 'manufacturer' of duvets; and it was being sold by Amazon at a much lower price than other (pretty few) retailers who sold this range. My research suggested that the best goose down came from Canada and Hungary and the best snow goose down came from Canada. Having said that, John Lewis are selling an extraordinarly expensive 100% snow goose down duvet where the down is sourced from Russia (Siberia?). Because this duvet was made in China I suspect the down comes from China (Siberia?) too, and Chinese/Siberian down is generally regarded as inferior to that from Canada and Hungary. Having said all that, the item appears to be well made (in accordance with British Standard 5332-2-2006 per the label). It is very light (which it should be). It has a very shiny cover which was a bit of a surprise (50% silk I believe). And it fluffed up well after a good shake. Only time will tell how good a product/buy this is but I'm hopeful it (and I) will last for many years to come.

FANTASTIC PHONES, 28 Dec 2011
I have finally joined the modern age and bought some digital cordless phones. I got them from Robert Dyas for £59.99 less 15% (I had a discount voucher) so they were really good value. I must admit I bought them with some trepidation as I have only ever had corded phones before and rarely use a mobile. I need not have worried. Setting them up to do the basics carefully following the guidance in the instruction book was fine. The phones did exactly what the book said they would do (always a comfort). They look and feel good and they work brilliantly throughout the three floors of my house. I'm also confident now that I can go on and make fine detail adjustments to get them to do exactly what I want them to. So, if you are a bit like me, do not hesitate to buy these phones. They are fantastic. Update 13/2/2012. I decided to buy an additional handsdset (Panasonic KX-TGA661EB Additional Handset for KX-TG6621EB Family - Black ). This comes with the charging cradle, the power lead/adaptor and rechargeable batteries. I bought it through Amazon market place from a company called LiGo. The speed of service from them was exceptional. What I can't understand is why through Amazon it costs £18.99 whereas on LigO's own website it costs £34.99. Go figure. Glad I looked on Amazon first.
