5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant Books!, 1 Jun. 2011
This review is from: Diary of a Wimpy Kid (Paperback)
I have all of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books and I have loved every single on e of them. The idea of producing a novel in cartoons is an fantastic one and a wonder why no one thought of it before! The main character; Greg, can be very obnoxious sometimes yet you can relate to him. This is one of the many reasons this series is brilliant: everyone can relate to character in the book. The story lines are well thought out and done with lots of laughter. A must buy!

2.0 out of 5 stars Buy A Better Console... i.e Xbox 360/Ps3, 31 May 2011
When my brother first bought a Wii it was brilliant but heres the problem...
Xbox's and Ps3's are so much better!
Wii games are mostly brightly coloured, bad graphics and not a patch on other systems. A good family console but instead get a Xbox 360 with Kinect or a Ps3 Move.

4.0 out of 5 stars CoD and Chips, 31 May 2011
Mw2 is a great game and I was madly in need of its predecessor for the story. Recently I bought it and here's my opinion:
Campaign:
i feel that campaign is still very important despite the rise of Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. The Campaign in my eyes is short but sweet with a intriguing story line and a interesting flashback mission to the Soviet Union. Beginnings and the end are superbly written and the actors voices are very suited to the roles. Although i think that the Veteran difficultly is possibly to hard for less able gamers (especially on the Epilogue mission).

Multiplayer:
After playing and adoring Mw2's multiplayer I was really looking forward to playing CoD 4's but it wasn't as good as I hoped. the maps were nice but some were lacking. Hardly any weapons are available and lobbies are hacked with weird messages coming up on the kill messages. despite this if you get into a good match it can be impossible to stop as its so much fun!

Overall:
A good game with streaks of excellent. Certainly get if you've played MW2. If you've already got this and want its successor Mw2 click here-Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360)

Project Gotham Racing 4 - Classics Edition (Xbox 360)
Project Gotham Racing 4 - Classics Edition (Xbox 360)

4.0 out of 5 stars Bye Bye Bizzare!, 30 May 2011
this racing game may be old but it still has a kick. Its arcadey feel is a welcome change from stuff like Forza 3 and Need for Speed Shift. all tracks are set in city locations with no possibility of crashing out onto a gravel track whilst being jeered at by someone over the chat line. Challenges are tricky and rewarding as are(some) achievements. I find only one problem with it. Online, no one is online anymore which is really annoying especially if you enjoy it. It just unfortunate now that Bizzare studios who make it are redundant and closed down. :-(

5.0 out of 5 stars We need to work as team which means you do everything I say!, 30 May 2011
This film is the best film ever made. Picture quality is amazing considering its age, as is sound. Acting is the best i have ever seen. Plot line is wonderfully sculpted and characters are perfectly casted. Lines are incredibly funny if meant to be and so are the people who deliver them. Action scenes are beautifully filmed as is the blow the... doors off bit. You can watch as many times as you like and still find it fresh and funny. Even better is the PG, your whole family can enjoy it to. An absolute must buy!

4.0 out of 5 stars Remember Reach, 30 May 2011
I don't normally go in for Halo but after i saw 10/10 in the OXM I gave it a go. Here's what i thought:
Campaign:
I found the campaign a nice attraction but found that even on normal it can be quite hard at points, such as on a level where you come up against 2 large enemies it offers no help at all (although probably its supposed to be hard)
Theatre:
a brilliant replay especially if you've done an epic kill and want to show it to everyone and be smug!
Forge:
Another amazing feature which allows you create a cacophony of different maps and courses.
Matchmaking/Multiplayer:
This is where the meat of the game lies. A incredibly fun experience with a variety of any modes and weapons. Let down only by tiresome and slow game joining similar to MW2's only worse.

Overall: An epic, fun yet in some places could be better game. Well worth the money!

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst Lego Kit ever!, 30 May 2011
When i bought this at Argos (not Amazon) i thought this would be a brilliant kit, i was wrong! Main structural bricks were missing completely, it kept on falling apart and breaking so instead i broke it up and used for spare bricks. Admittedly though if all the bricks were there it would have been good but it wasn't in my case.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Brilliant game!, 30 May 2011
i was a huge fan of former lego games on the ps2 so i was delighted when a lego games came to Xbox 360 that was completely new!
For:
Graphics look absolutely mouth watering
Puzzles can be challenging yet enjoyable
Bounty Hunter Missions and hidden missions provide a lot of replay value
as dos finding minikits!
Against:
Slightly repetitive
Droids get really annoying when doing puzzles
a lift glitch which i got infuriated about

Although apart from a few problems an excellent game for everyone!
