Feeling much better, 17 Feb 2003
This handbook is one of the most comprehensive self help books I have ever come across. It's a must for anyone working in the field of cognitive therapy who wants to recommend good
self help literature to their patients. So often the books available are full of "pop psychology" or fast mental fixes which don't tend to work in the long term, but David Burns has managed to present a sound case for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This is a great introduction for anyone looking to change the way they feel and take control of their own moods.
