5.0 out of 5 stars From Stripper to Julie Johnson, 28 Dec 2007
This is the third and the best book I have read about wild rocker Courtney Love.
She was sexy as a stripper in real-life and even more sexy as a screen stripper in the sleazy movie JULIE JOHNSON.
Best known for being the ex-Kurt Cobain, stripper and `party girl` - but Ms Love is also a fantastic actress.
Check out The Beat and Julie Johnson. Two films in which gives Oscar winning performances.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dont Go Breaking My Heart, 28 Dec 2007
The best greatest hits collection so far from the best piano player in pop...and worth buying for the classic "Dont Go Breaking My Heart".

5.0 out of 5 stars Based On A True Story, 27 Dec 2007
A sad film that tells the story of a beautiful woman who leaves her husband for a perverted pimp and Shrek lookalike.
Theresa Russell gives a stunning performance of a sex-mad cheating wife that almost equals Courtney Love in Julie Johnson.
This film is LOVE STORY for The Chav Generation...a Romeo & Juliet crying out for a happy ending.

5.0 out of 5 stars I Want You, 27 Dec 2007
Elvis Costello was the `Bob Dylan` of PUNK and the best songwriter to emerge along with Paul Weller.
And this album contains the best song ever written about LOVE and HEARTBREAK - the brilliant and classic "I WANT YOU" - the song moves me to tears like no other apart from Sinead O`Connor singing "Nothing Compares 2 U"...
A fantastic album loved by punks - pop fans - and THE PUNK POET...

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Soap Of All-time, 27 Dec 2007
This scouse soap was BRILLIANT and it should be brought back to TV as soon as possible.
It was hard-hitting and realistic. My favourite character was Barry AND I loved this programme so much that I would even watch the Omnibus version on a Saturday.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Classic Of Its Kind, 27 Dec 2007
The best book I have read on this subject. A book that describes an ancient art in a modern way.
I would say that this book is the only one you need to read if you want to master this noble art.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Diary Of A Love Triangle, 27 Dec 2007
Read this book and weep. A study of divorce and heartbreak. A beautiful mum of three walks out on her good-looking and caring husband for a perverted pimp.
Why?
The book hints at blackmail and leaves the ending up in the air...and that is my main criticism...I want to know what was the attraction of the Shrek lookalike who turned out to be a child abuser!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Julie Johnson & Southern Comfort, 27 Dec 2007
The title of the book is a question that few can answer. Why do people lose all grip on reality when they drink too much?
The author reveals how drinking too much Southern Comfort led to her jumping into bed with a man who lost her the love and respect of her children.
The message of this book is DONT DRINK AND CHEAT. Alcohol is a life wrecking poison and this book is the best advert in the world for a teetotal lifestyle.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Game Of Two Halves, 27 Dec 2007
A promising start as the first few paragraphs are quite entertaining and show the loyal side of football - but from around mid-way it loses its way and the book becomes a bit boring and shows the ugly side of the beautiful game.
Betrayal replaces loyalty and friendship.
Not a bad book - but not a classic.
