2.0 out of 5 stars Basic as a starter..., 7 April 2013
I read the book in less than an hour and found the advice/guidance quite basic. The book reported information freely available on the Internet by searching.

The food guide and recipes may be helpful.

For under £2 I cannot really complain.

3.0 out of 5 stars Honest and practical, 7 April 2013
This book is honest, realistic and practical. For those with a known condition confirmed as relating to candida it's worth reading. Following the programme may be a challenge for some but the staged approach is generous and realistic.

3.0 out of 5 stars Easy to read, useful, factual - but the text size is too small, 30 Mar. 2010
This is a good little book, generally presented well with cartoons to humour the issues and discussion. The only drawback is the designer of the book forgot that reading text at below 9pt is actually quite difficult. Interestingly I've bought a number of other books and all seem to contradict each other when it comes to a variety of advice and benefits to help (e.g. supplements such as garlic and lecithin, exercise and LDL, methods of removal of cholesterol from the body).

Logitech EX110 Wireless Desktop Keyboard and Mouse
Logitech EX110 Wireless Desktop Keyboard and Mouse

1.0 out of 5 stars You get what you pay for with this keyboard and mouse, 22 April 2008
I have been particularly dissatisfied with the keyboard and mouse, which is unusual since Logitech usually make extremely good products.

1. you can't turn them off, so they eat batteries and are on all the time (the mouse tracking light constantly flashes twice a second, even when the computer and mouse are not being used)
2. the keyboard is ergonomically poor (compared to many other keyboards of today) it reminds me of a keyboard I had at work nearly 14 years ago where if you didn't tap the key with the right pressure you either got the character twice or not at all, and it was easy to mis-type - touch/speed typists beware! Even when the keyboard is raised using the small feet at the back, the board is very flat and does not tilt upwards for comfort.

Advice: spend a little more, the price tag on this product says it all, cheap and poorly designed
