Pulpo A Venetian Cookbook, 3 Jan. 2013
A really beautiful book that was given to me this Christmas. At last someone who understands bookbinding has made sure that it has been properly put together so the pages lie flat when you open it. Too many modern cookery books are awkward to use. The quality of the paper and the photographs are excellent too. Other book producers please note!
I can't wait to try out the recipes .... mmm, some squid this weekend, I think.
It also whets your appetite for a visit to Venice.
