4.0 out of 5 stars Good value funky mouse., 23 Feb. 2015

Bright and funky and works fine - no lag, no cusror jitter or poor positioning when used with a mouse at. Not the most ergonomic mouse I have ever used, but does the job at a good price.

3.0 out of 5 stars Seems Ok for the money., 23 Feb. 2015

Good value overall. I haven't tried the mouse which feels cheap as have a decent Logitech one already. Time will tell if the stenciled key legends wear out or not. I am used to a full sized business keyboard and the keys are a bit cramped - especially the single sized backspace key (I'm used to a double sized one and now keep hitting the # key next to it!) and the Insert/Delete/Page Up/Page Down keys.

3.0 out of 5 stars Well built, but didn't make any performance difference..., 14 Feb. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Bought this to replace my ancient USB 2.0 card reader as copying HD video files to/from SDHC was slow. However, this didn't really make any significant difference because it looks like my class 10 Sandisk SDHC cards only support about 11MB/sec read/write max and USB could handle that no problem. Looks like I need to invest in some faster SDHC instead :-(

Apart from that, nothing wrong with the build quality or price of this reader, but don't expect it to improve file transfer performance significantly as the cards are the limiting factor not the USB bus speed.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not an outstanding performer..., 14 Feb. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Bought one of these and a Trendnet AC1200 USB 3.0 dongle to do comparative tests on my Dell E6430 with a 3 stream premium Enterprise 11ac wireless router.

The Trendnet won hands down - performance was ~30% better. Spent some time trying different config options on the Intel 7260, but didn't improve.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good performance with an 11ac wireless router, 14 Feb. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I am seeing 360Mbps (45Mbytes/sec) throughput in FTP file transfer performance testing - much better than the Intel AC-7260 I put into my laptop.
Build quality is good and easy to install.
On the downside a bit bulky, but guess thats going to be the case with an 11ac adapter...
Now if they did a 3 stream version that would be wow and 5 stars ;-)

4.0 out of 5 stars Whizzes along..., 26 Feb. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
It seems real fast - I can move around files at 450+Mbytes/sec. My home built desktop PC with value i3 CPU and 4Gb RAM boots into Windows 7 in 10 secs.

The downside (and why it gets 4 not 5 stars) is I had to rebuild my PC to add SATA-III support and buy Windows 7 upgrade from XP as XP support for SSD is somewhat legacy. So the project ended up costing me £300 for the SSD, new system board and Window 7!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great looking case for the money..., 26 Feb. 2013

Looks good and fits my iPhone 5 real well without blocking any access.
Adds a bit of weight, but not much bulk.
Makes the iPhone less slippery...
Time will tell how well it wears, but at this price cheap to replace if it gets tatty.

2.0 out of 5 stars Neat package, but didn't work for me.., 12 Jan. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Overall package and price of the product is satisfactory. However, I have a Dell 6430 laptop and a desktop computer with a 23" Samsung LCD monitor and I could not get the Dell laptop (only 2 months old) to display correctly on the monitor i.e. when connected via the D-Link KVM I could not get it to use 1920x1080 resolution which fits the screen perfectly. I contacted D-Link support but didn't get anywhere after several days and so returned it and replaced with an ATEN KVM which works perfectly straight out the box!!
