5.0 out of 5 stars Fun & Colourful, 24 July 2011
This review is from: Orchard Toys - Noah's Ark (Toy)
I bought this puzzle for my 2 year old grand daughter, who loves puzzle and has several Orchard ones already. Being a floor puzzle,it has good large sized pieces. The added bonus is that some of the animals can be taken out and refitted once the puzzle is completed - including 3 middle animals in the port holes. There is also plenty to talk about when the puzle is finished. It is very colourful and appealing and made of thick cardboard and the strong box is excellent for storage.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Picture book, 23 July 2011
This review is from: The Biggest Kiss (Paperback)
My 2 year old grand daughter loves this book. The illustrations are beautiful and the sentences on each page are short and very relevant. The idea of various animals kissing greatly amuses her. One of her favoutite soft toys is a penguin, so she loves spotting the penguin found on each page. Would highly recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Baby's First Skills by Miriam Stoppard, 2 Sept. 2009
This review is from: Baby's First Skills (Paperback)
I bought this book for my daughter, who has just had her first baby. I enjoyed reading it before giving it to her and was facinated with its contents.
My daughter was thrilled with the book and began activities suggested the next day! My little grand daughter is loving it.
The book deals with the first year of life. The contents is clearly written with attractive illustrations and discusses a baby's milestones, all be it small to begin with. It suggests short and fun activities to stimulate your baby in a variety aspects of development. There are also details of how these activities can be expanded as your baby grows.
If you are a first time Mum, or a doting Gran, you will not regret buying this book.
