1.0 out of 5 stars Avoid the Kindle Edition, 31 Jan. 2013
This has nothing to do with the content but with the production as a Kindle edition.

First it will only load on a single device - not an iPhone 4GS, Kindle on Mac desktop, Kindle or Kindle Paperwhite. It will only download onto the Kindle running on the iPad. Initially I thought this might be because it took advantages of the large screen or some touch-based interface extension.

Not a bit! The kindle edition has no viable means of navigation, not even a table of contents or an navigable index. The text cannot be enlarged or the view expanded. The actual quality of the text is poor - it is small and doesn't look sharp (on a retina screen iPad).

All in all it might have some very good content but it makes no use whatsoever of any advantage an eBook might provide. If you imagine a large PDF without a contents and iffy quality rendering you get the idea.

I'd avise others to avoid the Kindle edition until the quality and product of this is improved. Given the 1p difference in price vs the hardback edition I'd recommend the latter as it will be far more useful. A 273 page ebook without navigable means is quite frankly a joke.
